“Amazing customer service. I didn’t have time to test drive so they brought the vehicle to me. Anthony helped me get into a vehicle I felt comfortable with price wise and showed me multiple options. They gave me the best price for my trade in. Highly recommend!”
“I live in the Metro Detroit area but still drive up to Burt Watson Reese for my oil changes. The value is superb compared to the ridiculous prices offered in busier areas. These guys are fast, friendly and have a strong customer handling process in the Service Lane.Service: Oil change”
“Amazing people with great service. They remember who you are when they pick up the phone or you walk in. Great prices, I find them over $100 cheaper then your big auto parts stores.”
“Can’t say enough about Hess Automotive! They kept me updated with phone calls. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.
They installed new clutch package, stainless steel exhaust system from the cats to the muffler. The install looks factory.
My truck was taken care of from the inside out.
They were dead on with their quote and bonus they accept AMEX!
Thanks again y’all!

“Got a nice pre-owned truck. Eric H was very helpful, answered all my questions over the period of a week. Provided out the door numbers when requested and negotiated on my behalf with the upper management.
As far as the quality of the truck only time will tell but the sales and finance service was outstanding. Smooth process with no pressure.
And unlike some other dealers they don’t ask for reviews, I am doing this because service was truly exceptional.”
