shops are getting hard to find in todays big box world. Cashier suggested their carrot cake and went and got us a package and very glad she did! Small town service with Grandmas kitchen quality.”
“Just moved to the area. This location was very clean and well stocked. Lots of options, and prices are very reasonable - I often end up saving money by shopping here compared to what I pay for similar items at competitors. Appreciated the store setup, was easy to navigate around even with quite a few guests shopping. Checkout of quick and accurate, normal for Aldi which is always comforting. Remember to bring your own bags or use a box, though they offer quite nice reusable bags. Will shop here more often!”

“This was my first time in this area. I didn't go into the store but this is a great place to stop for gas! Their price per gallon was very reasonable given others in Lapeer and they actually have employees who will pump it for you! That service will be especially wonderful this winter. I will definitely stop here again!”

“Store is laid out in an unusual way, but may be the standard across Gordon Food Service stores. This was the first one I have visited, nothing really that a single individual would need to come here for unless planning a party.”

“It's rare that I participate in a survey, but I was impressed the moment I walked in the door and was greated with a jovial "Helll-oooo" while the cashier was checking someone out. I honed in on his interactions at the front while I shopped and noticed genuine interest and enthusiasm in his voice with each customer. His good mood was contagious. In an age where quality customer service seems lost, Daniel shines. Take care of that boy, he is certainly taking care of your store and customers. I will make it a point to shop there regularly all thanks to the exceptional experience Daniel created for all the customers in the store this afternoon.”
“I discovered these products on a stay in the US and I loved them! I bought the no bake cheesecake, the bread mix and the spice mix to dip the bread. All with a rich flavor and easy to prepare! I recommend them! What a shame they don't ship to PR.”

“I was able to make a same day appointment online for a covid booster vaccine just two hours before my appointment time which was a relief because when attempting to do this on several of the big name pharmacy websites, they didn’t have any appointments slots for over a week out. Pharmacist that administered my vaccine was very friendly, prompt, and my shot was as painless as possible. My waiting time was maybe 15 minutes. I appreciate that they got me in and out promptly. Also, I watched the cashier sanitize all the customer pens before giving me a pen to sign my paperwork, I really appreciate that attention to detail and effort to help prevent spread of germs! Highly recommend!”

From the employees to them having things that the other stores don't have, to the cleanliness, to the whole atmosphere is wonderful and I'm right in between Otisville and Columbiaville and I always choose Columbiaville every time! “Probably one of the best/better Dollar Generals in the Flint/Burton area. Its super close to home which makes it easy to do a quick run up for needed supplies or groceries. I've been going here since I was a kid and honestly they've done a lot of remodeling and improvement through the years.
Only complaint is due to remodeling, they often change the placement of certain items which can be a little confusing for recurring shoppers, and staff is a little low meaning you might have to wait a minute or two before checking out somedays, but I feel that could easily be fixed with a bell or alert that someone is up front. Fixing the self checkout would also help out quite a lot.
Otherwise, it's a great store for quick or cheaper shopping!!”

“You can find stuff here that is cheaper than going to the actual grocery store. Like meat, milk is cheaper at Walmart. Just kinda know your prices are compared them. And you could save. Everybody needs that extra cash in their packet now A days”
