“We are traveling across the country and our 13-year-old Shih Tzu Missy got sick. We took her to see Dr. Sweeney at Gull Lake Animal Hospital. What a beautiful facility. Monica the tech was very knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Sweeney was quick to diagnose Missy‘s problem. They gave her an IV and treated her with some medicine. Two days later, she’s doing amazing. We highly recommend Dr. Sweeney and this facility!”
“Was my new vet and I liked it there. Unfortunately they have instituted a policy of requiring new clients call and provide a credit card over the phone to confirm an appointment. While I understand that no shows cost them money I think requiring a deposit is wise there is NO legitimate excuse for not providing a secure pay portal on their appointment page. It is a simple matter of adding a link to a pay portal (they said their software does not allow for the addition of a pay portal ON their page....I used to design web pages and 1) I've never heard of a commercial site that cannot put in the portal but, ok, if they can't 2) they CAN put in links so just link to PayPal or other pay portal. I hope this new policy doesn't come back to bite them (no pun intended) as a wise person will not be giving ANYONE their credit card info in an unsecured manner and over the phone is about as unsecure as you can get.”
