One flaw is the grosse ile branch isn't always open Saturday, I was here this past Saturday and no one was there, closed, and no one was working the drive thru. I had to go to the trenton location where the drive thru was open. Overall thank you for serving Grosse Ile :)”

“I've been a member of DFSB for over 60 years. We've had mortgages with this institution. The staff at all locations have always been professional, efficient and friendly. The branch on Telegraph Road is convenient and the parking lot is spacious. I haven't used the drive-thru service in many years, but I appreciated it when I had an elderly mother or my young children in the vehicle with me. I like using local businesses. I can highly recommend DFSB and, especially, Michelle and her team at this branch.”

“When my credit card account was hacked, DFCU contacted me by phone and email. When I connected with them, the representative was very professional, explaining what had happened and what could be done about it.
Long story short, my account was closed and I received a new card in the mail within three days. I’ve been a DFCU customer for over 30 years, and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences in all that time. These people are a 10 out of 10.”

“The staff in Dearborn are top notch professionals. They listen. They care. Only wish their services caught up with other credit unions and banks. Really missing the early funds (like pay) release of my old credit union. They were a pretty much hole-in-the-wall small outfit unlike DFCU and theh offered it! I guess they realized offering modern services like advance paydays and for government credits are important to attract and keep customers in 2025. Like the commercial for a bank says 'it's your money why not be able to access it?' instead of watching it sit there PENDING FOR DAYS until it's released like 8 or 9 am the date earmarked. I mean at LEAST release it after midnight instead of 8 hours later of the date. I used to work for a major bank years ago and they often updated their services to stay competitive. DFCU LOVE YOUR PEOPLE AT THE BRANCH but your offered services could use a tweak. Just sayin'.”
