“I am editing this review because I received a call from Charlie yesterday and he was very helpful and fixed the issue and reimbursed me for my fees that I was charged. I appreciate someone taking the time to look into this situation and fixing it. That says a lot to me. Thank You!
This credit union has misled us from the beginning when we took out a pool loan and again recently when they were supposed to take our pool payment out monthly on the 30th. This month they decided to take it out today and cause an overdraft because they took it out two days early. When I reached out and had someone look into it they called me back letting me know they saw what their employee filled out but she had done it wrong and so since I didn’t catch her mistake it’s on me and they won’t be reimbursing me for our bank fees. My fault for not double checking and trusting that everything was done right but once again this place is a huge disappointment. I would suggest you stay far away from this place and go to another credit union.”
