“Never been to a store like this before and probably never would have in the first place if not in need of something for a purpose other than what it was created for.The clerk asked for ID at the door and assisted me in finding what I needed, answered all my questions without issue. I was soo nervous picking my dress and thought I might not be able to find something I like but the dresses were so beautiful I kept falling in love. She was so helpful and accommodating she picked out the perfect dresses to try on after just seeing a couple of inspo pics. All in all it’s a great experience.”

“I always have a good time in any Mark's I visit. Usually I'm only in there for new works boots when they're on sale at 1/3rd off. The first lady showed me to the right boots and was kind and helpful.I tried on size 9, too small, I tried on size 9.5 too small, tried on size 10 and by this point the second lady was cleaning the floor and asked if I needed any assistance. She was also kind and helpful. Size 10 felt good but then tried on size 10.5 and that was the perfect fit. A little wiggle room for thicker socks and to account for feet swelling as it happens normally hroughout the day.We all had a bit of a chat at the counter and it just makes the whole transaction that bit more enjoyable. So thank you to the 2 kind ladies for taking care of me! God bless.”

“They have slippers online I went to 2 different stores fairlane and Taylor. It was listed on the store website that they had these slippers but neither store carried them the tailor store I actually ordered them again for me off the computer because I originally ordered them on the computer and not order the size 8 and they were bigger than my 8 and a half so I ordered a sixth to suppose to come in on the 12th I hope they fix it. And I'm glad that at the Taylor location I had a sales representative and as if that was willing to help me and she did so she ordered a slippers for me.”

“Love this stores selection on baby’s clothes and women’s clothes. They have a wider selection of Nike than other close by locations. They have a Sephora and an Amazon return center as well. They have friendly staff and a clean atmosphere.”
“I bought a dress 3 dresses online that were a bust before going to Windsor the morning of the Christmas Ball and finding this gem for less then the other dresses. Comfortable and so sexy. Love, love, love!!!”

“My mom and I were running late for an event and both needed to find something to wear. The employees were more than happy to help us find something that fit our wants exactly. I got a top on sale, so the original price was $70 and after tax I ended up paying $15! Super happy with that. Store was clean, the employees were nice, and I was happy to see more variety in torrid that I ever used to. Still absolutely love the fans in the fitting rooms! Best part of torrid for sure lol”

“I called up to the store today, checking in on an online order, to make sure it was still there. I was late at picking it up due to an unforseen surgical procedure. I spoke with Fernanda who was very kind, patient, pleasant, and informative. She even let me know what time she would be there until today, so that I could ask for her directly. I'm posting this review because I don't believe great sales associates, such as Fernanda, get enough recognition. Let's face it, customers can be very rude, so positive employee morale makes a difference! I work for an employer where we've ranked #1 in customer service satisfaction for many years now. “Recently one of my ship to store order was sent to Macy's Southland store in error. It would have taken me over an hour each way to drive to this store to pick up the order. I was able to reorder one item in my order while the other item in the order was sold out. I contacted the store and left a message with the contact I was given, Elizabeth (Administration office?). Elizabeth called me back the same day and was very pleasant. She went above and beyond to ensure I would get my order. I received my order today. Thank you Elizabeth and the Macy Southland team!!”
“This location has yet to disappoint me. Even on the busiest days you can get out of here pretty quickly. They usually always have my size and clothes and shoes. The customer service is always decent, there's a few people that will recognize me since I feel like I'm starting to become a regular there. Prices have definitely gone up at Old Navy, but so has the quality. I still think that they have some pretty decent sales especially during the holidays right now.”
