“Rally House was honestly a fun surprise.
I was impressed by how much Michigan sports merchandise they carry — from Lions and Tigers gear to Red Wings and college teams — all in one place. It’s the kind of store where you end up spotting things you didn’t plan to buy but actually want.
We went in just to browse and ended up leaving with a hat and a hoodie. The selection made it easy to compare styles and sizes in person, which is something you don’t always get online. The store was clean, well organized, and easy to walk through, and the staff were friendly without being pushy.

“Never been to a store like this before and probably never would have in the first place if not in need of something for a purpose other than what it was created for.The clerk asked for ID at the door and assisted me in finding what I needed, answered all my questions without issue. All in all, a hassle free experience.I would have given 5 stars if not for the fact that some of the items, including the one I purchased, were double the price of the same items found online.”

“Love this stores selection on baby’s clothes and women’s clothes. They have a wider selection of Nike than other close by locations. They have a Sephora and an Amazon return center as well. They have friendly staff and a clean atmosphere.”
“Prices were standard for VS and Pink sales. Lines were way too long and not moving. I ended up putting my things back and not buying anything because my back was hurting and there was no place to sit down.”
“A delightful Boutique...ladies are charming as are their cloths, purses, jewelry, and just saw some beautiful colorful hand knitted thick fitted headbands...can wear as neck warmers also in multi colors...purchase a neon orange, green, or yellow for night time walkers...inside the sweet little hideaway is where I can relax, and spend my Husband's money...lol...”

“My mom and I were running late for an event and both needed to find something to wear. The employees were more than happy to help us find something that fit our wants exactly. I got a top on sale, so the original price was $70 and after tax I ended up paying $15! Super happy with that. Store was clean, the employees were nice, and I was happy to see more variety in torrid that I ever used to. Still absolutely love the fans in the fitting rooms! Best part of torrid for sure lol”

“This location has yet to disappoint me. Even on the busiest days you can get out of here pretty quickly. They usually always have my size and clothes and shoes. The customer service is always decent, there's a few people that will recognize me since I feel like I'm starting to become a regular there. Prices have definitely gone up at Old Navy, but so has the quality. I still think that they have some pretty decent sales especially during the holidays right now.”

“Recently one of my ship to store order was sent to Macy's Southland store in error. It would have taken me over an hour each way to drive to this store to pick up the order. I was able to reorder one item in my order while the other item in the order was sold out. I contacted the store and left a message with the contact I was given, Elizabeth (Administration office?). Elizabeth called me back the same day and was very pleasant. She went above and beyond to ensure I would get my order. I received my order today. Thank you Elizabeth and the Macy Southland team!!”
