“This is my favorite post office. The workers here are so kind and personable, and they ALWAYS scan in the items I'm shipping, which is something other offices have failed to do for me. I like to see my items scanned in so I can access tracking info in case my buyers get impatient. I've used other post offices and had issues so I almost exclusively come here now. Can't say enough good things about them!”

“The staff here are very helpful and friendly. I've been dealing with a situation from the Elm Street post office not switching out my mail key and lock at my apartment for over two weeks and not finding a way to get me my mail. This location downtown has been calling them and me to keep me updated and trying to get them to do their job even though they seem to refuse. So I appreciate the staff for their help and realize they are frustrated with the supervisor and the situation on Elm Street as well. Someone at this location should be promoted to supervisor at the Elm Street location as the current supervisor there appears to be incompetent. I see a lot of bad reviews. They must be desperate for employees like everyone else.”
“I gave this location a five star only because of Lisa. I've had issues with my mail, Covid has made things much worse. When my regular carrier is out....because let's face it your mail carrier is a human person with human problems and sometimes has to take a day off.... is when I generally have issues, understandable somewhat. No matter what problems I've ran into Lisa has always fixed it she goes above and beyond and I truly want to let her know she's appreciated... my normal carrier is pretty awesome also :-)”
