“I was having problems with getting online information for a package out for delivery in Jackson, Michigan yesterday.
Upon calling USPS in Jackson I was put in touch with a postal employee named Lisa.
She was so kind and helpful and put my mind at ease that the package would be delivered.
In a day when customer service can be frustrating with short explanations that we don't always understand, Lisa was amazing....I hope this message will filter down to her to express my appreciation.
