Kristen the cashier was the nicest and most helpful person when I made my return. She added some humor to the interaction (“Oh, we don’t do returns”) and even gave me back the coupon I had originally used. Such a pleasant experience — we need more people like her in the world!

CVS gets beat up on reviews and I get it. Some are better than others. Personally, this CVS Pharmacy has always treated me well. The staff is always friendly and immediately calls me back if I ever call with questions. I'll keep going.
