“This review is just for the LabCorp part of Walgreens. I needed to get a COVID antibody test done for part of a Crohn's/IBD study I'm in, and it could only be done at a LabCorp center. The two closest ones nearest me were this one, inside a Walgreens, and one in Farmington Hills, so since this one was only about 20-minutes away from me, I opted for it. I made an appointment for the test online, and when you arrive, there are kiosks (on the right-side of the store, once you walk in) where you check in. You will need your driver's license, as the kiosk scans it to gather your information. Someone will call your name, and then take you into the LabCorp area, which was like a mini doctor's office area and something you'd never guess was behind the doors! I didn't get the name of my technician but it only took her one poke to get my blood, which is pretty good in my book; I get bloodwork done frequently and sometimes it takes two or even three pokes. She told me 2-3 days for the results, but UNC has told me 2-4 weeks; when I asked UNC about it, they said normally the lab would give you the results in 2-3 days, but the 2-4 weeks is because they ship it to LabCorp in California and there are a few other steps that need to happen first before I can get the results. I got the test because I want to know if I have COVID-19 antibodies (I have been vaccinated, but am on immunosuppressants), but most people get it to see if they've ever been infected with COVID, I believe.”

I started frequenting this Mobil about a month ago and I can’t say enough good things about it, especially Valentina. It doesn't matter if it is 8 o’clock in the morning for 11 o’clock at night she always has a welcoming smile and is just so kind even working as much as she does. Thank you for brightening peoples day Valentina you deserve a raise! Go say hi to her!! Gas station is super clean and has everything you need as well!”

“I came in very confused about the FedEx process. I didn't have a QR code which is necessary to print a prepaid shipping label upon doing a return. I met a wonderful gentleman named James that was working behind the counter and he completely grabbed the bull by the horns. Helped me email the photo to myself then print it through the photo printing that only cost me $0.39 he then taped the label to the box and ship it out for me. He gave me 15 minutes of his undivided attention and made me feel important even though Walgreens only stood to gain $0.39 I own a business and customer service means the world to me. Thank you James”
“My husband was being discharged around 9:40 p.m. from a nearby hospital after treatment for a very painful kidney stone, and I knew it was cutting it close to the pharmacy's closing time. We needed all five prescriptions that night, and by the time we made it back to our side of town, our regular pharmacy would have been closed.
I called Walgreens, explained the situation, and asked if there was any chance the prescriptions could be filled before closing. They kindly said they would do their best. To my surprise and relief, everything was ready by 9:58 p.m.
Elma, the pharmacist, went above and beyond. Her kindness, efficiency, and willingness to help during a stressful situation meant so much to us. We are incredibly grateful for the excellent service she provided.”

I am compelled to write this review about Alicia, the amazing manager at the Speedway located at Rochester Road and Tiken Road in Rochester Hills, Michigan. She is hands down one of the most impressive employees I have ever encountered in retail!
Alicia is truly a one-woman whirlwind who somehow manages to do it all with grace and efficiency. Whether she's working the register, filling the latte and coffee machines to ensure they're always fresh and full, cleaning up messes around the coffee area, sweeping and mopping the store, or stocking shelves - she handles every task with incredible dedication and attention to detail.
What makes Alicia truly special is her consistently upbeat, friendly personality. She greets us with a genuine smile every single time we visit, and her warm welcome makes us feel like valued customers rather than just another transaction. “i hope whoever reads this knows that the employees who work here are always so friendly and helpful! for many of them, english isn’t their first language, so i know they do their best to be as accommodating as possible.
every time i come in, without fail, there seems to be a rude customer. whether it’s an elderly person who feels entitled and acts like the world revolves around them, or a middle-aged person who is unnecessarily confrontational, i see it happen all the time.
one of the biggest things i notice is customers complaining about prices not matching the tags or getting upset over things that are completely out of the employees’ control. i’ve watched these employees go out of their way to help customers understand how they can get the prices advertised on the tags, only to have people raise their voices at them because they don’t understand how things work at the store.
i will say one thing for sure: the employees here do a great job standing their ground and refusing service when a customer becomes disrespectful. i’ve worked in customer service and retail my whole life, so i know how difficult it can be to deal with people who treat employees poorly. i really appreciate the patience and professionalism these employees show, and i think more people should remember that they’re dealing with real people who are simply doing their jobs.”
“I love Speedway ! I’ve been a customer since 2009, I use the app. And save a lot of money off the app with price lock, you earn points towards gift cards , free gas, ect. Every 7th drink purchase is free. Cigarettes-if you buy their 2 pack specials , they are the cheapest around! They also serve food… it’s a great convenience store as well”
