She was not only an excellent project manager, but she knew the business and had an excellent rapport with the contractors. Throughout the project, she gave us a calendar of who was doing what and when... and it happened on time and by the calendar for each step. She arrived with each contractor to introduce us and review what they were doing. She provided an entire portfolio that stayed in our kitchen, for all the workers detailing the blueprints, the positioning of appliances... right down to the hardware for the cabinets... what size and location on the cabinet.
We had only heard nightmares from friends about their remodels, and were delighted and shocked that ours went down so well! We are most pleased with our kitchen remodel and thank Kelly, Randy and their talented contractors for their experience and talent helping us from design and layout to the finish!!
