“Kurtis remodeled my bathroom. Initially it was Adam that I worked with to lay out all that I wanted done. I had new drywall and paint, wainscoting, tile accent, new vanity, sink and countertop, fixtures, new flooring, lights, above toilet storage cabinet, exhaust fan and cove molding around the entire ceiling. All the tradesmen who worked on the project were friendly and answered any questions. The project Manager Jeff had great communication and solved any issues that came up. I am very happy with the quality of materials used and the final outcome. My bathroom is beautiful.”

“Kendal & Co. was recommended to us when we asked our appliances sales person if there was a company that coordinates remodeling projects. He recommended them and the rest was so professional, organized and fell perfectly in place! We worked with Kelly, who from day one, we knew we were in good hands. She was not only an excellent project manager, but she knew the business and had an excellent rapport with the contractors. Throughout the project, she gave us a calendar of who was doing what and when... and it happened on time and by the calendar for each step. She arrived with each contractor to introduce us and review what they were doing. She provided an entire portfolio that stayed in our kitchen, for all the workers detailing the blueprints, the positioning of appliances... right down to the hardware for the cabinets... what size and location on the cabinet.
We had only heard nightmares from friends about their remodels, and were delighted and shocked that ours went down so well! We are most pleased with our kitchen remodel and thank Kelly, Randy and their talented contractors for their experience and talent helping us from design and layout to the finish!! We love our kitchen!!!”

They have hardware, sports, houseware, kitchenware, auto, clothing, snacks, pets, rugs, drugstore products. Everything is at discount prices. I love Ollie's! They recently added a bunch of craft items. And Poppi 4 packs and 6 packs assorted flavors.”

“Highly recommend solid surfaces unlimited. They installed our quartz countertops in our kitchen. Over a year later we had a line of epoxy that was discolored, they sent two techs out (that same day) who cleaned it up and drilled a hole in the counter for the garbage disposal air switch, free of charge. I will not use any other company for countertops or recommend any other company. Thank you again!”
“Talk about service after the sale!This showroom doesn't actually sell the appliances. But you can learn about them ahead of time.After you own them, you can go back and take a 3 hour cooking class that is really helpful.Everyone who works here is very pleasant to work with.”

“tom was very nice and helped me pick out a dutch oven for my sister, they helped me place the order in store which was nice bc the color was limited time, when the first one was delivered it wasn’t packaged properly so it was all scratched but the costumer service line was super helpful and able to get another one shipped before the color was gone and the second one came perfect”

“Had another great experience at Sargeant Appliance Rochester last week. Emergency replacement of our refrigerator was easy and quick. Our salesman Henry was terrific. Next day delivery of the fridge with two friendly and capable service men made the entire process seamless. Love the new four door refrigerator!”
