“The staff at this American Eagle store - especially Richard and Alejandra - are the sweetest and most helpful human beings ever! I was having major issues getting funds off an AE gift card but both staff members were incredibly kind and patient, and spent over 1.5hrs trying *literally* every solution in the book to solve my issue (at this point, we all basically trauma bonded ?). Every time I come into this store I experience super friendly and attentive service, easy returns, a clean/organized space, and a large selection of products and sizes, and today I felt even more valued as a customer than usual.
