“This store is probably one of the most busy at Oakland Mall! I stopped in after the holiday season to look around at the Lions clothing options. My boyfriend received a lions hoodie that was a size too snug and we were looking around to see if they offered that hoodie at this location. All the employees were very kind and very helpful in our search. Once they realized they indeed carried the hoodie, they called over to the Rally House across the street to have them hold his size since they had it available. Overall great staff and lots of options here for anyone who loves Detroit, sports, and Michigan. We truly appreciated how everyone went the extra mile.”
“EVERYTHING Detroit - not just Tshirts and hats! Huge selection of the Detroit foods you love (coney island sauce, Velvet PB, Better Made chips, etc.) Also Pewabic Pottery, DIA, Greenfield Village and Motown Museum merch. Plus licensed Hudsons, Farmer Jack, and Detroit Athletic Team items ... as well as a good assortment of Detroit nostalgia. My go-to for birthday presents, cluent gifts and stocking stuffers!”
“Awesome mall! A nice place to hang with friends or bring kids! Tons of cool stores for toys, clothes, etc. The food court gets a bit crowded but has a variety of yummy food options to pick from. Perfect spot to chill”
“I rarely go to the mall these days, but I stopped by to pick up an order at American Eagle and I’m so glad I did. The entire staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time.
A special shout-out to the girl name started with C (privacy) , who went above and beyond. She was so patient with all my questions and size swaps, and made the whole pickup process feel smooth and stress-free. Truly appreciated her help she made my day! And I have the cutest jeans now.”

“GK calls is a great call company. From your basic calls to your high end duck and goose calls. The staff and manager at GK calls helped me and my wife out a lot. We were looking for nice acrylic calls to give to our wedding guests and the staff there helped us out with quick responses, shipping, and quality. Here is a photo in the review of what we did with them. I would suggest using GK calls with all your call needs for your event or every day hunting use!!!”

Went here to get my sons set up to get into bow hunting. While selection was slim, this is why the store gets 4 stars and not 5, they both got what they needed to get started.
Hunter in the archery department is awesome. He was super patient with my sons, got them set up and ready to go with no pressure. Very chill and happy to share his knowledge, total class act.”

“The moment my friend and I walked into the Lululemon store, we were greeted by a warm, genuine smile from one of the staff — it immediately caught my attention and made me feel happy throughout my shopping.
The staff member, Haddie, radiated such warmth and kindly asked if I needed any help. I don’t think I’ve ever met a store associate who was this sweet and genuinely caring. She wasn’t just trying to sell something — she truly wanted to help me find what I needed, and that sincerity really touched me.
Thanks to her, we ended up finding the perfect pair of pants and jackets we were looking for. She was so gentle, caring, and memorable that I asked her name several times and told her I would remember it every time I come back to Lululemon.
Although the checkout line was a bit long, the staff at the register was very friendly, worked efficiently, and kindly explained the return policy, which I really appreciated.
Compared to other stores like Alo or Vuori in the same Somerset Mall, this level of customer service felt truly different and special. I had been debating which brand to purchase from since their products are similar in quality, but the warmth and kindness of the Lululemon team ultimately made my decision easy. I’m so happy with both the quality and design of what I purchased.
