“Amazing selection of gifts which is different from most souvenir shops; make sure to check it out if you are in the neighborhood. Keep in mind if you are a magnet collector that the options are very limited. Keychain situation is a bit better, but not by much. Also, I didn't feel much of a warm or welcoming vibe from the owner / person helping around the shop thus afternoon.”

“This store is probably one of the most busy at Oakland Mall! I stopped in after the holiday season to look around at the Lions clothing options. My boyfriend received a lions hoodie that was a size too snug and we were looking around to see if they offered that hoodie at this location. All the employees were very kind and very helpful in our search. Once they realized they indeed carried the hoodie, they called over to the Rally House across the street to have them hold his size since they had it available. Overall great staff and lots of options here for anyone who loves Detroit, sports, and Michigan. We truly appreciated how everyone went the extra mile.”

“Gk Calls has been with me since the very beginning. I was first introduced to their call at 10 years old by a friend who got me into goose hunting, and it’s the only call I’ve used for the past 20 years. Season after season, it’s brought countless memories—working geese into the spread in all kinds of conditions. I’ve run the same call across multiple states, year after year, and it continues to perform without fail. I use the original Jack Miner limited run, and in my experience, it’s the best call on the market. After two decades of real-world use, I don’t see myself ever switching to anything else.”

“What an amazing experience! I was heading to a music festival and had my heart set on a hat I found on Etsy, but the seller couldn’t get it to me in time. So I decided to create my own logo and make it myself. Needless to say, I didn’t have the proper tools to screen print, so I reached out to several local printers. After my fourth call, I finally found someone willing to help - Pete assured me he could handle it - and he absolutely did. He charged me just $10 and delivered a beautiful product right on time. I can’t recommend GT Jerseys enough, and I truly hope I can bring them a much bigger order someday. Thank you again and again! (P.S. The festival was an absolute BLAST, and everyone loved my hat!) ??✨”

“Figure Skaters‼️ this is THE BEST specialty pro shop for buying and sharpening! Got perfectly sized boots with perfectly attached blades and heat molding to decrease break in time. Equipment perfection from Mike at this good vibe independent shop that I’ve been with for 10+years; initially recommended to me by other pros.”

“The S&B team has decades of overall experience bowling competitively and have a deep knowledge of the game under their belts. They are always eager to best assist you with your needs. I had my new ball drilled by one of the sons Cooper tonight and had a wonderful experience. He was able to watch me bowl and determine the best layout for the ball based on my stats and how the ball would best fit into my current arsenal. He was extremely friendly, offering up some helpful tips the entire time as well. I would recommend S&B to anyone looking for great service and an excellent quality experience!”

“Above & Beyond Aria & Alan are phenomenal! :-) I called them & they helped with me with questions on sizing due to me not being able to reach their customer service & confused on one of their sizing charts! Thank you for making my experience great & reassuring me. Keep up the awesome customer service! I will definitely drive further to your store(Somerset Location) rather than the Novi location due to much better customer service! Mike at Novi location was so rude to me when I called. Management needs to know that! Unbelievable!”

“Minika was an incredible help tonight. She spent so much time working with me to find the perfect pair of shoes, and it truly meant a lot. Her patience, kindness, and dedication stood out she made sure everything matched my outfit just right without ever rushing the process. She was warm, smiling, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me choose the perfect color. Both she and the gentleman working with her were so kind and welcoming. It’s people like them who make the experience special and are the reason I’ll definitely be returning to this location.”

“Mishon, helped us with our order, she was helpful, polite, and helping multiple customers at the same time! I wanted to commend an associate who provided exceptional service recently. Despite being busy assisting several patrons, Mishon, remained incredibly helpful and courteous throughout. Her ability to manage multiple requests efficiently was truly impressive. It's refreshing to encounter such dedication to customer satisfaction. She clearly goes above and beyond.”

“I had a great experience at the store yesterday thanks to Foot Locker employee Adrina. I am disabled and she went above and beyond to help me not only find the sneaker I was looking for but also to help me pay and put my purchase in my backpack. If only every store I went into had an Adrina. Thank you!!”
