“Greeted quickly, my salesperson was busy right then, but the waiting room was comfortable enough, chilled water available. Trying to order a new vehicle is ok, and it's not the dealership fault that manufacturers picked out stupid packages, try to force uncomfortable leather seats and make all interiors black, but someone needs to let the people who do pick it out that those decisions are awful.”

“Took my GTI in to Joe Swafford for some additional work. I had the intake valves walnut blasted (there was some carbon buildup, which is normal with direct injection cars) and I had the water pump replaced (it had been leaking.) The technician who worked on my car, Pawel, did a fantastic job and I can tell he's very experienced and meticulous with his work. Overall I couldn't be more pleased. The car is running like a million bucks. Special thanks to Katie and Dawn at VW North America for going above and beyond with a partial goodwill adjustment. I will continue to see Joe at Fox VW of Rochester Hills for all of my preventative maintenance and any other repairs.”

“I've read some of the negative reviews on here and I am surprised. I just bought a used truck from Carrie in the used car department and was totally impressed and happy with the service from her, the sales mgr and the finance guy. Ive been to six different dealerships in the last month looking for a truck. All of them were typical car salesmen and pushy sales managers. But I came BACK to Serra ford because I was treated so fairly. They gave me a fair price for the truck and fair price for my trade. I'm just shocked at some of these one star reviews. I will buy from Carrie again.”
