“I have lived in Rochester for over 30 years; therefore, I have a lot of experience with merchants in the area. I have to say that the Assistant General Manager, Sarah, was absolutely amazing. They are really there to assist in this store, in a way I have not really witnessed in the Rochester area all of these years. I was astounded by the extent to which they went out of their way, as I did find it to be refreshingly unusual. I would not hesitate to shop here, they honestly want to exemplify customer service the "old-fashioned way." To show the customer is important to them, and words are nice ... but actions are everything, and this is where what they do says everything the customer needs to know.”
“Absolutely love this store! Such a great selection for babies and bigger kids. I have 4 nieces and 2 nephews and ALWAYS find something in here for one or more of them.During quarantine, the owner of the store went above and beyond and locally delivered baby gifts that I needed for remote showers. Customer service is above and beyond - pre and post 2020!!”

“Today I visited the old navy store with my son, to pick up a few uniforms for school. The person that helped me was so kind, she helped me find pants to shirts for him.While in the store he asked her if a mario brothers bookbag was free and she kindly replied no it's $13. He looked at that bookbag and I knew he wanted it but I couldn't buy it today. To my surprise, when I checked out the cashier stated, I have something for you at the end of the counter. The lady that helped me had purchased to bookbag for him. I almost started crying in the store.
Thank you for the kindness you showed my little one, we will never forget what you did today. Old Navy you now have a regular costumer. I will return back to buy that sweet lady lunch!!

“I have recently starting shopping at JCP again and have been pleasantly surprised by changes since I was last there. My only issue is that the Troy, MI store is not open until 11 a.m. on Saturday. They lost my business twice because of that since I needed to find something earlier in the morning.”
“They what they are, fast fashion at a great price. They have what's trendy, and some things I'm not sure about but I'm not a fashionista by any means. We can always count on H&M for a solid selection of basics like jeans, t-shirts, and sweaters. Thus last time they had some really cute dresses on clearance from the holidays!”

I waited til the last minute to try to find some 4th of July outfits and so I was combing through the whole store to try to find something red to go with the blue and white pants I found in Premie size. I was determined to find something and the associate must have noticed my determination and offered her assistance. She also did a quick assessment of the store and though she didnt find anything other than what I had, I do appreciate her attempt.”

“I have been to this location a few times and have always had a good experience. The store is clean and stocked, and the employees are helpful (but not annoyingly so, especially if you don't need help). They let you shop and don't get in your way (which I personally prefer). I don't live here (my sister does), and I haven't purchased anything from this location, so I cannot speak to how easy it is to return or exchange at this location.”
