“I’ve been taking my dogs to Bianca at Canine Divine and she is absolutely wonderful! She does a great job grooming but most importantly, she genuinely cares about each dog. One of my dogs had really bad anxiety and she made sure he had a great experience each time. I can’t say enough great things about this place. 10/10 recommend.”

“Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff, certainly does not have the feel of a big box store, with a lot of fun and welcoming decor. I take my pup Griswold for baths regularly and the tubs are always clean, the products are fully stocked, and their equipment is easy to use. One of the best parts of coming here is the digital punch card system. I have lost more bath cards from other pet shops than I can remember. Will be back very soon!”

“I have been taking my blind dog Sparky a Rat Terrier mix to Urban Dog for about 3 years now. Needless to say he needs extra care because he is blind. I noticed that the girls have been rubbing is belly because when he comes home he loves his belly rubbed now. When he gets in the car to get groomed he somehow knows that he is at the groomers and gets all excited to be there. I would ask how he is doing with his groomer because he is a special needs dog. They assured me he was getting the hang of coming in and out of his crate. He has his good and bad days so I wanted to make sure he was being good for the groomer too. I don’t want him biting anyone because he is blind. I take extra care at the vets office too to make sure he doesn’t bite anyone because he is blind and scared of his surroundings. They always are very nice and friendly upfront at the desk too. I used to drive 30 minutes to get him groomed by The Urban Dog because I trusted them with my dog. Now I live much closer so it is even better now only taking a few minutes to get him groomed. I showed my appreciation of them today with individual bunt cakes because they are so appreciated taking time out to make sure Sparky feels comfortable with them grooming him.”

“I’ve been coming to harvest time for about two years now and I truly love it here. I love everything about it. I just wanted to say how incredible I think the staff is, they are so kind, passionate and welcoming. Most of them seem young, like high schoolers, so I just love how helpful and outgoing they are. “I took my dog here for the first time to give him a bath. The staff was super nice and extremely helpful. I wish I got their names but the cashier was so kind and knowledgeable when we were talking about him pulling me. Then I struggled and hurt my back trying to get him in the tub when a nice man came and helped me and then a nice lady helped me walk him out to my car. They went above and beyond for me today! So thankful for their kindness ?”

I think they have the best deals on crixkets as they give a discount the more you buy.
I don't buy their fish though due to an almost constant presence of ick. This isn't to say their fish don't seem happy and healthy but I've almost always seen ick on the fish here.”

“I have stopped by this shop to check in on the pups for sale a few times now. I lost my sweet Ellie March 5th and as tempting as they are I'm just not ready. When I am I'll be getting her through Jeff. They have been very kind to me, even shedding some light on my 15 year old rescue and her aging health problems. It was much appreciated. Since she was 3 when I adopted her there were pieces of the puzzle missing. You can tell that his level of knowledge is a 10 and he takes pride in the service he is providing to people who want a happy and healthy pup from a reputable breeder.”

Overall, I give this place 5 at 5! The coworkers, stuff, and communication, purchase process was amazing.
This place also offers standard needs of taking care of guinea pigs. Updated information and strict rules before selling a pig.
The one missing star is because of where these animals come from. Due to their not being taken care of appropriately before moving in store, they come with a weak health background, and that result you as an owner and your pet to run so many troubles.
My piggies started to show some sign of URI infection after 1 week coming home. I had to take em back to Pet Smart. They went back in store, 1 for 2 weeks and the other one, almond for a month.
When they came back, they were perfectly happy and healthy, and the infection was all clear.
Once again! I really am happy to walk through this pet smart. But for next time, I definitely go for adoption in rescue centers.❤️

“This store is often low or out of stock compared to some others, but the selection is otherwise pretty good. Amazon and Hobby Lobby sometimes have better prices, so shop around. In-store employees very friendly and helpful .”
“We were reluctant to look for our forever dog due to the negative reviews. Although we weren't greeted immediately I considered it a no pressure store. The cages were extremely clean and puppies appeared to be well taken care of. There were several puppies that fit our criteria. We fell in love with a Mini Golden doodle. If you call phone number listed you will not receive accurate information. We were told the pets are under $2000 dollars, although were told prices are given at the store. The dog we are looking at is $3000. This is over our budget of $2000. We have decided to return the second day to make a decision. The puppy was unique any are considering a purchase. Missed opportunity we should have looked at the Cavapoo. We will today and make a decision. Very comfortable with Bobby the associate. We will most likely purchase the welcome package. We are going to maybe pay more than expected, but the convenience is important. Instead of traveling all over for a dog. Now you know what to expect before a visit. Hope this helps and you find your perfect friend!”

“I went to pick out a few giftcards and some dog toys for my kid’s teachers who both have dogs (and a fun new toy for my pup). When I walked in it wasn’t busy, but there were staff members walking around making the place organized and keeping an eye out to see if anyone needed help. I passed the salon and someone was dropping off a very rambunctious fur baby (obviously toddler) but happy dog. The staff didn’t act exhausted, even though it is close to the holidays, but were genuinely excited for their time with this guy. As I checked out with my giftcards and toys, the cashier rang everything up and then double checked the balance on the cards to make sure the recipients would have no issues using them. They really do care here, and it’s worth my time and doesn't cut into my threshold of “dealing with people” by going to this store. 10/10”
