“I went to pick out a few giftcards and some dog toys for my kid’s teachers who both have dogs (and a fun new toy for my pup). When I walked in it wasn’t busy, but there were staff members walking around making the place organized and keeping an eye out to see if anyone needed help. I passed the salon and someone was dropping off a very rambunctious fur baby (obviously toddler) but happy dog. The staff didn’t act exhausted, even though it is close to the holidays, but were genuinely excited for their time with this guy. As I checked out with my giftcards and toys, the cashier rang everything up and then double checked the balance on the cards to make sure the recipients would have no issues using them. They really do care here, and it’s worth my time and doesn't cut into my threshold of “dealing with people” by going to this store. 10/10”
“Highly recommend Steve at Scrubbers Grooming in Rochester Hills! He’s been grooming our dog Milo, and we’re always super happy with the cuts. It’s such a relief finding a groomer who’s consistent, caring, and really pays attention to detail. Milo always comes back looking and feeling great — you can tell Steve truly cares about the dogs he works with!”

“Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff, certainly does not have the feel of a big box store, with a lot of fun and welcoming decor. I take my pup Griswold for baths regularly and the tubs are always clean, the products are fully stocked, and their equipment is easy to use. One of the best parts of coming here is the digital punch card system. I have lost more bath cards from other pet shops than I can remember. Will be back very soon!”
“Our poor old girl. Penny, hadn't been professionally groomed since December of 2024. Because of her age and frailty I didn't want to put her through it. But it just had to be done. Our vet recommended The Urban Dog. Today Nikki the groomer made my little ❤ girl look beautiful again. She gave Penny plenty of rest breaks. Perfect for an older lady. Thank you Nikki 🙏😁 very 😊”

“My daughter wanted a fish for her 11th birthday, so we went to Pet Haven to do some shopping.
She ended up with a gorgeous gorgeous fish and could be happier. He is a beautiful betta. Cal, the owner, was happy to show us everything we were looking for and answer as many questions as we could come up with.
This store is a Sterling Heights institution and I highly recommend coming here for fish needs! He has been in that location for 51 years!”

“Our local Pet Supplies has gone downhill, as far as selection and service, so we have been shopping at the Washington Township location since getting a new puppy. They always have a good selection and plenty of staff who are super helpful, whether it's finding quality dog food, certain treats, using the dog tag machine, or figuring out a dog harness. Great service ?”
“This crew was amazing... I arrived half an hour before closing , and I talked to all the staff members for a variety of reasons Lilly was incredibly helpful as was Dylan. I would like to thank premier pet supply for making available the twenty five percent discount no restriction coupon, without a limit This made a huge difference when you're feeding 2 big doggos & you're buying premium kibble in 40 pound bags. I was able to save a ton of money -I did stock up thanks to the long expiration dates of our brand of kibble also got the equivalent case of canned food. The savings is incredibly significant , and I can't thank you enough. A sincere woof woof thank you from the furballs & me to Lilly Dylan and the whole Premier Pet Supply team. I can't say enough good things about Pet Supplies Plus in Sterling Heights! The staff is absolutely wonderful—incredibly friendly and always so helpful. I've had many questions about different products for my cats, and they are always knowledgeable and happy to offer great advice.
What truly impresses me is their incredible product variety. They seem to have everything, from a wide range of food brands to all sorts of toys and accessories. I've found so many unique items that my cats absolutely love, the things I haven't seen at other stores. It’s clear they go out of their way to stock products that will keep our feline friends happy and healthy.

“The manager at this location is amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful to me in helping me get a new cage setup for my puppy. I had such a small cage given to me by family that barely fit a small dog bed, and while my little 12lbs Bichon could fit in it, she freaked out and was not happy because she couldn't move at all. I'm not raising no inmate puppy, so the manager recommended a perfect sized cage for her and it looks great. (See the small cage in the background for comparison)”

“There was a little confusion on the part of the groomers on the booking end of my giant fluff's bath, but it was all-in-all based on an understandable misjudgment. But much to my delight and surprise, manager Lindsey more than made up for it and we are happy customers! My dog is a giant energy ball who doesn't seem to be aware of how much power he packs they still bathed him and did his nails. Grooming him must be part grooming part wrestling match. Great groomers!
We've also used the PetsHotel at this location several times, and have always been happy with it.
A tip to avoid extra stress on the day of a trip is to be sure to print out your dog's up-to-date vax records and put the page in the bag of your dog's packed accouterments. Do this at least a day or two before the day you are taking your dog in! Don't be like me - I tend to take for granted I can always find my stuff online but I don't get a strong signal in the store, and it all seems more stressful and time-sensitive when you are trying to leave for a trip.”
“I am so happy to be a first time dog owner. I went in on a random Monday, never expecting to buy or purchase my first puppy! As soon as I walked in to The Family Puppy, Elizabeth’s great customer service is how I found the puppy of my dreams. For three days straight Elizabeth went above and beyond. She let me play with him and answered so many questions , extremely helpful. I just couldn’t stop going back and playing with the puppy, day after day and asking questions! If I could give a 10 star rating I would! Thank you Elizabeth and JJ for your outstanding customer service skills and patience.
