“Words cannot express how happy I am with services here, especially with Holly in grooming. For years, I’ve felt my dog has always been incredibly anxious getting his nails trimmed; even to the point where they would need to put him completely sedated at the vet. Holly gave me reassurance she’s been able to get many dogs off their medications when they come to her. My dog is completely comfortable with her and he no longer needs his medication before nails. Most of all, Holly makes me feel like she loves my dog just as much as I do. I hope Holly never leaves and if she does we are following her for nail trims!”

“I went to pick out a few giftcards and some dog toys for my kid’s teachers who both have dogs (and a fun new toy for my pup). When I walked in it wasn’t busy, but there were staff members walking around making the place organized and keeping an eye out to see if anyone needed help. I passed the salon and someone was dropping off a very rambunctious fur baby (obviously toddler) but happy dog. The staff didn’t act exhausted, even though it is close to the holidays, but were genuinely excited for their time with this guy. As I checked out with my giftcards and toys, the cashier rang everything up and then double checked the balance on the cards to make sure the recipients would have no issues using them. They really do care here, and it’s worth my time and doesn't cut into my threshold of “dealing with people” by going to this store. 10/10”

“Highly recommend Steve at Scrubbers Grooming in Rochester Hills! He’s been grooming our dog Milo, and we’re always super happy with the cuts. It’s such a relief finding a groomer who’s consistent, caring, and really pays attention to detail. Milo always comes back looking and feeling great — you can tell Steve truly cares about the dogs he works with!”

“What a great experience we had visiting Hollywood Feed in Birmingham! We brought our mini schnauzer, Jasper, and he had a blast exploring all of the toys & interacting with the awesome team at this HF location. We ended up buying 2 beds (pictured) that we otherwise would’ve ordered on Amazon — and I’m so glad we did! We will absolutely be returning to this HF for baths, food, treats, toys, OTC meds, and anything else we might need for our pack.”

“Second visit with my nervous, high energy and whining German Shepherd girl. She’s been so well cared for and i couldn’t ask for a better place to handle my fur baby. It’s been so hard to find a good groomer again. I’ve been to Petco and they can’t handle this type of situation. Awful! We have trained our dog and use meds when necessary and yet a lot of Groomers didn’t do well with my girl. I’m thrilled Bianca and staff are so glad to see her and take care of her nails and glands. I’m sure they’d be awesome with anyone’s dog! Highly recommended!!”

“My daughter wanted a fish for her 11th birthday, so we went to Pet Haven to do some shopping. She ended up with a gorgeous gorgeous fish and could be happier. He is a beautiful betta. Cal, the owner, was happy to show us everything we were looking for and answer as many questions as we could come up with. This store is a Sterling Heights institution and I highly recommend coming here for fish needs! He has been in that location for 51 years!”

“This crew was amazing... I arrived half an hour before closing , and I talked to all the staff members for a variety of reasons Lilly was incredibly helpful as was Dylan. I would like to thank premier pet supply for making available the twenty five percent discount no restriction coupon, without a limit This made a huge difference when you're feeding 2 big doggos & you're buying premium kibble in 40 pound bags. I was able to save a ton of money -I did stock up thanks to the long expiration dates of our brand of kibble also got the equivalent case of canned food. The savings is incredibly significant , and I can't thank you enough. A sincere woof woof thank you from the furballs & me to Lilly Dylan and the whole Premier Pet Supply team. Great pack over there in Rochester Hills. I'll be back when we run out of our 3x40 lbs of kibble. See ya next week lol jk. Next month maybe 🐶”

“Our poor old girl. Penny, hadn't been professionally groomed since December of 2024. Because of her age and frailty I didn't want to put her through it. But it just had to be done. Our vet recommended The Urban Dog. Today Nikki the groomer made my little ❤ girl look beautiful again. She gave Penny plenty of rest breaks. Perfect for an older lady. Thank you Nikki 🙏😁 very 😊”

“Dirty dog? Try Pet Supplies Plus’ dog wash! It’s like self-serve car wash! The raised tub has a door for your doggy. You can hook their collar to an attached leash if needed. They provide waterproof aprons for humans. The sprayer has rinse, shampoo, rinse, conditioner, rinse, and clean tub. Dry your pooch in the tub with a blower with high & low speeds. Lots of fresh towels. The entire bath area is enclosed so your dog can have a treat while you rinse out the tub. Easy on your back.”

“Very helpful and friendly staff, i was shopping for some small pet supplies and a couple different people helped me look for certain items and answered all my questions, they were kind enough to also let me know they have a pretty lenient return policy in case something i got didnt work out, which is something id been concerned about because my ratties are pretty picky sometimes with what theyll play with.”

“Our local Pet Supplies has gone downhill, as far as selection and service, so we have been shopping at the Washington Township location since getting a new puppy. They always have a good selection and plenty of staff who are super helpful, whether it's finding quality dog food, certain treats, using the dog tag machine, or figuring out a dog harness. Great service ?”

“I got my new hamster from here and it was a really good experience. Everyone was super nice and helpful, and they answered all my questions. Ever since I brought her home she's literally been burrowing the whole time 😂. I guess I'm gonna have to buy even more bedding because she loves digging so much. I'm really happy I got her from here and I'd definitely recommend this place!”

“I have had a great experience with Pet Stop and Eric the owner. He installed a fence for us a month ago at a great price and has been very patient with the training of both the humans and the dog. He makes sure everything is in working order and the dog is responding to the fence correctly. I can't wait to continue to work with my dog and give him the freedom he loves.”

“The grooming at Petco is very reasonable. I take my husky to get the deshedding bath and I'm very pleased with the service. My dog is always excited to go to Petco. I do feel that many things at Petco are overpriced, but I usually find a couple of good deals while I'm there too.”

“I am so happy to be a first time dog owner. I went in on a random Monday, never expecting to buy or purchase my first puppy! As soon as I walked in to The Family Puppy, Elizabeth’s great customer service is how I found the puppy of my dreams. For three days straight Elizabeth went above and beyond. She let me play with him and answered so many questions , extremely helpful. I just couldn’t stop going back and playing with the puppy, day after day and asking questions! If I could give a 10 star rating I would! Thank you Elizabeth and JJ for your outstanding customer service skills and patience. With out these two in the store my experience would not have been what it was. Yes, that’s right!!! This experience at The Puppy Family in Troy was incredible because of Elizabeth and JJ “Jimmy” ! Thank you to the amazing owner John for your patience and time throughout the journey and answering my questions. I highly recommend to buy a dog from The Family Puppy! Huge selection of puppies and Elizabeth, JJ and John the owner ROCK !!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m so blessed and happy to take care of my new puppy! It’s official !!!!!!!!!! Thank you FAMILY PUPPY !!!!! Paws up 🐾”
