“The best credit union in town of grand rapids!! Been with them for about 5 years now. And compared to other so called credit unions with their high monthly fees and overdraft charges. Adventure credit union is not like them Adventure credit union is far more better. And only costs $5.00 to open a account ! You will not find that in other credit unions in grand rapids”
“I bought a new car January of 2023 and 6 months later I had the credit union match the rate that was awesome so I asked about putting a special insurance to make the payments if I were to get sick or something else , this insurance was used last October, November,December, and January it was great I did not have to worry about anything they covered so well they even covered more I just told them to make the payment on the principal of the car loan that brought the payment down alot . I will definitely get this insurance again if and when I buy another car. I personally want to thank Sara for helping me along on this long journey to recovery ,if you don't think you will need it ,don't be to sure it might happen to you ,I lost a Kidney and had to do a double operation, Sincerely Christopher Lange”

They let me get a collateral loan due to bad credit. Since then, I have been given the opportunity to get an unsecured loan from this bank and it has helped my credit score immensely. “friendly easy to work with love the website updates and ease of access to my services. happy to be a member for life.. if you genuinely care about building yourself up with good hassle free and for the most part easy account minimums and low costs i see no reason why aac cu isnt a easy choice. from credit builders to let it grow cd accounts with great interest rates. to apple pay and them being part of coop banking and the free extend banking. oh and did i mention my rewards checking lol...grand rapids is home and i have two great local branches. heather pooling from e services is amazing! she's knowledgeable and makes sure you always get all your questions answered”

“I always have a pleasant experience when visiting this LMCU. I don’t feel many places value their customers anymore but LMCU definitely does. The staff is always very friendly and efficient as well. I brought my dog through the drive thru with me the other day and to my pleasant surprise I received a card in the mail from the LMCU staff just spreading kindness that they enjoyed seeing my little guy through the drive thru. ?❤️ It made my day, such a sweet and random act of kindness.
