“Tia & Marcel always make the trip worth it. They are so kind, funny, and helpful to customers. The store may have a long line, be so many customers are going here now instead of family dollar….. due to their poor service! DG hours of operation are convenient, and their Apple Pay always works (unlike some stores in the area like family dollar). They also offer a wide variety of items”

I had a great experience at Ollie’s Bargain Outlet! We went in for a quick look and ended up finding tons of clearance items at amazing prices. While we were there, we even ran into an old friend, and my mom was overjoyed to learn that her godmother—who she thought had passed away—was actually doing well. She even got to speak to her on the phone that same day, which made the trip extra special. I also love the Bible selection at Ollie’s; they have a variety of editions at unbeatable prices. Overall, a wonderful visit with great deals and even better memories!”
“Very nice people (got you your 4th star) and a great candy selection! They have giant gummies!!! Other than that though, not sure about much else but the quality of phone accessories from here is pretty poor. At least the portable charging box I got from there was trash. Smh. Not enough for a bad rating, but still a waste of money. I've only had it like two weeks. I have to take a star.”

“Lots of fun and useful finds! I spent quite a bit of time browsing! Picked up some organizing baskets and card games.
I do wish the vanity organizer had been wrapped better, as the corners were broken when I got home and opened it.
Overall though, great stuff at a good price. I’ll be back.”

“This is now my first stop on grocery shopping day. Almost everything is $1.25 and they have name brands. Great for items like body soap, aspirin, allergy, pain meds, reading glasses, wrapping paper & gift cards, Mylar balloons, cleaning supplies, glassware, crafts and school Projects/office supplies, aluminum warming pans. Their friendly staff goes out of their way to help each customer. Now I only have to go to the grocery store to purchase items that Dollar Tree did not have! Excellent value!”
“I recently went to Dollar Tree when I was sick. I got a lot of cold relief products and Kleenex very cheap instead of paying the high-dollar prices at other pharmacies and stores. They have a great selection on a lot of products a lot of them new and I like to try.”
“Amazing staff! They really care about their store and customers. They keep it cleaner than any DG I've been to. They are always disinfecting, mopping, etc. The store is a smaller DG than others in the area, BUT it's the best stocked store around. As soon as they get deliveries they are pushing out the product....and with all that, they still give great service! Highly recommend!”

“This is a review for the Dollar Tree on Warren road in Westland. They have a poor attitude and they don't like to help people with disabilities. Out of all the Dollar trees I've ever went to this has to be the worst. They didn't have a basket without a bar for people with disabilities to take to their car. Their manager has a bad back which I understand but they had nobody to help me carry my stuff so customers help me. They no longer have a public restroom not even a key for the restroom they say it blame it on the other customers. They could at least have a key for people who are shopping and buying their product. Their attitude is horrible and their store stinks. I will take my business to other Dollar trees the one by me is absolutely awesome and they are very friendly. The Dollar Tree on Joy road and main Street has to be one of the best Dollar trees I ever went to with very positive attitude. I will give them five stars. These stores need to be mindful of everybody not just themselves.so to add to this review I gave them a second chancethey treated me very welland the cashier was very pleasantI'm changing my Google review. There are a few good people in this world. I was impressed with the service I had yesterday.”

They usually have 70-80% what I'm shopping for, so I usually get something here, when I run out of something, until I make the big shopping trip to Kroger, or others. They fill that quick need, when you run out..”

“I bought a Baby Balloon from Amazon for a baby shower I was attending to and I needed it filled with helium so I called to see if I could get that done for an extra fee and I think her name is Tracy she filled it for me at no charge and gave me great coustmer service and made me feel so happy I was verry appreciative of her I will be returning to this dollar store”

“I come here at least once a week. I have a hard time remembering to leave my backpack at the desk and once I even almost left it but thankfully one of the cashiers was nice enough to stop me and let me know to grab it. Thank goodness because I'd have kept going without it. The staff is always kind, the store is always clean, they are as fast as they possibly can be and don't even get mad when I pay with just change or have a problem with my tap to pay, they're very patient with me. Haha. All in all I highly recommend if you're in the area and need something quick to stop on by and check it out for yourself.”

The other Dollar General near me is the complete opposite. To me it is worth the extra 2 minute drive.”
“Absolutely love the employees here, they are like family! As a regular, they all adore my son, they brighten up his day every time we come in! The manager calls him his best buddy and when my son ends up having a melt down they always take time out of their day to change his whole attitude! I have 3 fav workers there and they know exactly who they are. Tammy came up to the register and personally bought my son a Christmas present! Dan bought got him a birthday present, I will not shop at any other dollar general because of those three employees!! ❤️
This is also the cleanest most organized dollar general I know because these employees take pride in their jobs!

“Did you forget paper towels? Do you need paper plates for a party or some two liters? Candy and snacks? Random household goods? You might not find everything you could ever possibly need at a Family Dollar, but it is reliable and will have the common things (with some fun unexpected items!) that can really save the day and keep you from having to make a big shopping trip. I give it five stars because this location serves this function perfectly, I found what I needed, and the cashier was very nice!”

“I can't fathom why there are any less than superb reviews. The store owner and who I think was their son were super polite and attentive. I'm someone that hates small talk but they were so friendly and sincere that I didn't mind their checking in on me. I walked out with a few kitchen items, a car scrubbing tool, and a couple of pants. The car scrubbing tool was an open-box item and the owner made it a point to ensure that all the parts were in the box before ringing us up. The pants and kitchen items were brand new. I see some jerks mentioned that the items are supposedly overpriced knock offs, but what I saw was that the more recognizable brands were clearly overstock from Costco and all of it was significantly cheaper than if you walked into Costco to purchase.”
“Ok Who doesn't love Family Dollar they have everything that you need at a discount price you can go in there, they open at 8 o'clock in the morning. I'm going there right after I dropped my grandkids off at school to get the everything I need and they have great stuff on sale. They have food in the freezer's just in case you don't feel like going to a big grocery store. Now that they remodeled and everything is neat and clean it's just a great place to go in when you need something quickly .I love it check it out.”
