“My dealings with Serta have been nothing short of world class!! Just purchased a hybrid Perfect sleeper. Pretty sure the people complaining are fake trolls trying to stomp on Made in the USA companies and or trying to get a freebie. Love my Serta mattress!!”

“I had a great experience at the Mattress Firm in Canton. Jason was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the differences between the mattresses, and encouraged me to actually try them out so I could find what felt best. I left feeling much more informed and confident in my decision. If you’re shopping for a mattress, I definitely recommend asking for Jason!”

“Went to the Westland location and our salesman Taylor was awesome. Very patient and knowledgeable. Took the time to explain all the features and put us in the right mattress for us. Highly recommend this location/salesman. Go see him if your're in the market for a new mattress. He'll hook you up right. Purchase was smooth, and it's a quick delivery (as quick as 2 days)”

“My experience at Albert’s furniture store was top-notch the owner is very kind , professional and was so patient with me . He was very helpful from beginning to end, The furniture they have is reasonably priced and long lasting quality furniture . I purchased furniture from Albert’s over 20 years ago, I was satisfy then, and I’m even more satisfied with the purchase I made recently. And to add to it, the delivery guys were awesome. I most definitely will purchase from them again when needed. 😎”

“Bought a used PTAC AC unit here. It was extremely cheap, they let me pick the one I wanted, and they took the time to find all the pieces to it. It works great. It's obviously used and makes a lil noise, but it blows cold and hot. If it breaks before I move out, I'll definitely come back to buy another.”

“My husband and I went to the Canton, MI. IKEA to see if their coffee had been put back on the shelves yet. We were very happy to purchase their coffee but were disappointed that they didn't stock any Organic Coffee like they used to have. We talked to a very nice employee, Rachel, and I told her the return of the coffee made my day and asked about the return of their Organic Coffee. She didn't know about the return of organic coffee. Organic coffee is very important to us and hope it will return soon! Thank you...”
