Utilizing her iPad she gave us all the price options and availability instantaneously. She answered all of our questions and was such a delight. We were able to secure delivery and setup for our purchase at week’s end! The showroom is so spacious, well organized and spotless! One of my favorite perks was they had a free refreshment bar to include ice cream, candy, cookies, coffee, tea and water. It’s a delightful touch to what can be a nerve racking purchase process of big ticket items. I will definitely go in person to Bob’s for my next furniture purchase whereas usually order online.”
