“4 adults stayed 2 nights. It is a quiet place to stay, the rooms are comfortable, and we all slept well. We found the rooms to be clean and a good place to relax. Outside there is enough space for a group to gather together and spend some time. There is also a place to build a bonfire if you want to.
The owners are pleasant to deal with and made the reservations process easy. We had to make some adjustments with our reservations and it was painless. They are dog friendly and have reasonable pet rates.”

“My favorite place to stay in Michigan. If I didn't have responsibilities I would spend 60 days a year here. Wonderful food, fishing, location, fire pit, people. Thank you, Josh and crew!! Never change.”

“Overall I gave them 4 stars because of the children’s play area, the shuffle board and the kiddie and main pools and the cute dining cabin. Interior rooms, first floor, walk out into the “dome” with all the pools and play structure. It was clean. For our purposes, we wanted a place an hour outside Traverse City to be on time for a morning event so we stopped here. There was a basic breakfast included. The sign out front was red and broken so they need a sign. Apparently it is being remodeled. A lot looked new—play structure, pool, and dining cabin. I felt comfortable here.”
“As a full time caregiver for aging family, this place provides an affordable break from an otherwise stressful life. I appreciate the usual quiet, the location near trees, the bathtub, the tidy appearance. It can get loud and “vibrational” with guests on both sides of you, which was true of this last visit, but nothing earplugs can’t fix.
