“Today went into shoe sensation of mt pleasant. Looking for a specific men's sneaker. This nice young lady named Matti came over as she heard us discussing a shoe with each other. Was so helpful and later after purchasing that shoe. I went to women's not needing anything but saw a clearance item was in love with but not in my size. Thought thats over no shoe for me.....nope she wanted to check her home store as she was just helping at this one. Thought she had my size there....nope but had already checked other stores trying so hard to find one in my size as she knew I was so on love with that shoe. Bingo came out with finding it in Cadillac shipping it to this one at end of the week. Iwas overjoyed with that....so guess what getting it when it gets here.
This gal went above and beyond with her knowledge......customer service and everything in between. This gals a keeper

“I do think the staff are very helpful and friendly I really only have two complaints and I've isn't even the hotels fault GPS sends you to the wrong entrance Totally not the hotels fault My only complaint is that they do not have an elevator”
“Very nice and clean rooms. Everything was great the night I stayed. Just wish there was a little instant coffe maker in the room. And more shampoo and hand soap. They give you a very small size”

“Just had a little trouble with other guests parking in handicap parking and not having anything claiming they were handicap. Made it hard with my husband who is handicap.”
