“I needed "Help in a Hurry" again after my experience two years ago when Sam came to the rescue. This experience proved to me "when you need help, Call Sam!" Overnight my Apple laptop trac pad went "kaflooie" ! no controls. I called Sam and he gracefully accepted the challenge, with a promise to deliver the repaired laptop within two days! Wonderful. Sam performed beyond my expectations and I have no qualms of referring his marvelous help to anyone who requires it. I had my laptop back and functioning better than before within 1 1/2 days! BRAVO ! Thank You, Sam.”

“Tony, Tina, and Chris were all amazing to work with! We had a computer at work that wouldn't turn on at all, and they personally picked it up and fixed it and brought it back to us, working properly! Thank you guys for your great work and quick action!! Tony even texted a day later to make sure everything was going well. Very personable and we will use them again!”

“Ged test and pass was accomplished the semester before my class at Fraser. The only issue was then what to take up in college. Fortunately my folks put aside some funds/ investments for that. My singers family had a electrical company I first worked at which I liked so I looked into that at Wcccd. Confusion was the difference between electrical and electronics. Later into the program I discovered the difference between them and transfered to change my major. Now I have the unique opportunity to return to Wcccd to finish my degree with something they call 50+. I have around 45 of 62 credits needed for a Gen Ed degree which I think is one of several possible plans. Thx for by the good kickstart though.”

“Had the company car lettering done by them. They are awesome guys, veeeery patient, they listen well and don't mind changes and they don't force their opinions. They were more affordable than anywhere else. They have been in business over 40 years according to the owner. Not that many businesses can do that.”

“Took my 65 y.o. mom to the Apple Store to look at laptops and Apple Watches on a Sunday afternoon. Ruby was SO helpful and didn’t pressure us into buying anything we weren’t ready for. She helped update my mom’s iPhone and got my mom set up with an Apple Watch. She was so kind, friendly, and patient as we figured out how to use it and customize the different features. There was also a young gentleman helping us get set up, but we didn’t catch his name. We learned about their free Apple product classes and are excited to try those out!”

“Went to look at phones and was so happy NO ONE bugged me. Some may not like this, but I hate being hounded and feeling the pressure to be social and or buy something.”

“I needed big bottles of hand sanitizer for the homeless shelter along with some page dividers. Like everywhere else, they were out of hand sanitizer, but I did get my page dividers and some sharpie markers. The sales staff was quick to great me and offer the correct isle to find my dividers. The cashier on the other hand seemed to be competing in a rudeness challenge of some sort...she obviously was in the lead. In an era where online shopping is just as easy as driving to the store, and there is never a rude cashier online, I would think that brick and mortars would make courtesy training a priority.”
