“Love this store, the staff are knowledgeable and ready to help. They are a busy store so be mindful of your patience in time before going in there. They get a lot of Collins while in between helping customers, but this is a great sign considering the disc replay closest to my house has closed down. I appreciate the staff for always helping and even cleaning products if they aren’t up to your standards ? they will clean your stuff again for you if you need and show you anything that you wanna look at! Very friendly and they don’t hover over you when you look around either :)”
“If you have any issues whatsoever ask for Brad. He was able to assist, diagnose, fix, and repair. My radio stopped working, and after a brand new radio was placed the problem was still there. Brad & co. Was able to determine it was a bad ground in the wiring harness, and BAM it worked. Give this man a raise.”
“I can not say enough about my experience with Tommy, the store manager at the Roseville location. Tommy went above and beyond to find the recliner that I had been trying to secure. After it not being in stock at the first store I went to I decided to call another store. He also said it was it was not in stock. I asked if I was waiting for something that was discontinued. He said a a a yeah it’s discontinued. Not feeling that I was getting the correct info I called the Manufacturer. I was told that it was not discontinued and they were in stock. That’s when I called Roseville. Luckily Tommy answered. He said it was showing they had one which meant it was on the floor. He knew it wasn’t on the floor and asked if he could call me back. In no time he called back and said he had one in the box. What followed were calls to me with confirmation about delivery and he wasn’t satisfied with the delivery date and managed to move it up a day. Over the course of 55 years I have bought numerous appliances, mattresses and furniture from many stores. Never did I receive such fantastic customer service. I highly recommend Tommy and the Roseville store. (Delivery men Chris and partner were great too!) Thank you Tommy! You are the best!”
“I was desperate for some country ribs. Went to Costco and there were none in the cold case. Asked an employee if there was any chance to get some - he immediately went in the meat department and made me two packages of country ribs. Outstanding service by Joe Primavera. Customer service is alive and well at the Roseville Costco.”

That r so amazing.. so nice and lively for the time of night.. they are nice to the homeless crowd and don't treat them like trash like other businesses so . They are ppl too and not all of them are on drugs. But yeah they should definitely be rewarded for their service and politeness... I will be recommending this place to my friend and family”

We had gone during a busy time, but never felt like we were ignored.

“I went in today to pay my bill and the young man named Jackson was AMAZING! My bill was almost $180 a month and he decided to check my account. Everything seemed correct, and as I was pulling out he flagged me down to tell me he figured out how to get my bill down to only 150 a month. 10 minutes after leaving he called my cell phone and told me my new bill would only be 112 a month from now on! He went ABOVE AND BEYOND and he is HANDS DOWN THE BEST METRO ASSOCIATE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!! This man deserves a raise!!! THANK TOU JACKSON!!!”

“I love this location. They have egg rolls, and they have prime energy drinks. The selection of food is pretty good, they have most roller items and have the general 7/11 menu for the case and the back cooler. They also have a floor cooler filled with ice cream.This is a great location, thanks for still carrying the egg rolls :3”
