“I like that I can just scan the QR code from my app and pay right from my phone right on the app at the pump. Gas prices here are always cheaper than other places around, it goes a lot faster because you don’t have to scan your membership card and then enter your debit or credit card just scanning from your phone is so much faster, it’s always best to come first thing in the morning when they open, or an hour before they close to avoid the extremely long lines”

“Great location and not as many issues with the Kroger's digital card as the one on 11 and Gratiot it's night and day in comparison! I prefer this location for Kroger's! And nevr have to go back because of getting over charged etc I've had some pretty bad mishaps at the other Kroger locations! This one's overall a 5 from 1 being the worst and 5 being the best I give it a 5 star review! 👍”
“It used to be 24/7 but ever since the virus that we can't talk about still on Google was a thing this place closes early, I guess everything in Michigan closes down early there's literally no nightlife.
Sorry no midnight ice cream for anyone.
No 3 am shopping for toasters.
No jobs available for night owls there.
No emergency baby formula runs past midnight.
There's literally nothing open past midnight even on the weekends. The only people that are ever out past 1am because everything is closed are criminals.
Please bring back 24/7!”

I was so sure I was going to have to pay a price I didn’t like for my necessary prescription, but it was as if Joseph had waved a magic wand, got it to a price I didn’t mind spending, and made my day. “Sams club is a nice place to go to get bulk items especially if you own a business or have a large family or are planning for a large party such as a graduation party or a birthday party or just a big get together or if you have a basement where you can store excess products such as me and you know can goods and new extra snacks and stuff like that but it's a fun place to go just to look around and see what they have. The noise level in there is pretty loud though So if you're sensitive to noise I wouldn't recommend going in there The most enjoyable thing about shopping there is seeing all the new fun stuff that they have there and seeing if they have food samples to try that's always my favorite thing there is hoping that they have food samples to try but I do like seeing if they have cool new gadgets and new cool outfits and clothes to look and looking in the food section like the frozen section or the dry section and seeing what would be interesting to take home and try. Depending on what time you go atmosphere can be very different like if you go in the morning it's pretty chill the early afternoon can be pretty chill too but if you go in the afternoon it's like a mad zone cuz that's the time that like everyone comes even in the like late afternoon especially in the like evening time is like the worst time to go cuz that's like when everyone goes That's like the time I would recommend to avoid going there. The most inconvenient and frustrating thing during the visit is If you end up shopping there when there's too many people there It raises my anxiety and makes me not want to be there and it sucks if I already have a cart full of things that I want because with my severe anxiety it makes me just want to walk out of the store and leave my cart but it sucks because if I have a cart full of things that I really want to get I try my best to do my breathing techniques to try my best to get through the line and try to ignore everyone around me so that's why I always try to have someone come with me to call me down If I end up there in the times when it's crazy there That's the most frustrating and inconvenient part that's why I always try to go during the morning. I can't really recall any specific service That's really stand it out from staff besides the usual "can I help you find something" or the usual check out conversations. The most enjoyable part of the visit is being with my friends and loved ones and enjoying myself and finding cool products. What made me experience a 4-5 star rating is not having any negative experiences and having positive interactions with workers and seeing them working hard doing their jobs. Again, the overall atmosphere is positive, welcoming, and warm.”

“10⭐'s for the people that work at Kroger. My concern is I fell in the parking lot Saturday carrying my water due to cracks in parking lot. Twisted my ankle I called the corporate to make them aware of this situation. Instead the young lady was more concerned with my Kroger card # instead of me twisting my ankle. Very disappointed”
