“If I could rate this business 100 stars I would! Terry and Paul are beyond amazing and are two of the best in the business. They truly are the experts in their industry. They went above and beyond to accommodate mine and my finacè's needs.
An online business let us down and we were in a pinch to get our RSVP cards printed. Terry took my call and reassured me that he and his team would be able to accommodate us and within a very short window of time. Paul scaled our design and was super knowledgeable when it came to selecting the right cardstock, size, envelope etc. I cannot say enough good things about Terry and Paul, they were genuinely sympathetic to the situation that we were in and took great care in our order so that we got exactly what we wanted!
Their pricing was amazing too! Especially for a rushed order, super affordable and way cheaper than the online company we went with originally. “My husband and I had ordered an online print service and needed to get something within the store as well.
The online is soooo easy !
We got inside and they immediately greeted us and began helping us.
We were quickly checked out and during that process Nate and Micheal were super friendly and helpful. They recognized my husband and I own a small business and began to offer the programs that Office Depot has to help small business owners. We greatly appreciated their friendly attitude and support.
Go to this office depot, you won’t be disappointed. This is where we will be doing the rest of our business for our business from here on out.”
“I am writing this review in the summer of 2024 and noting that the current staff is much better than the former staff. I have been going to the UPS store regularly for several years. My experience with the former staff was not good at all. The current team that runs this store is very polite and hard-working. With Amazon and all of the online shopping that goes on in today's world, the volume for these workers is very high and demanding. This team handles these challenges far better than any other team I have seen in the past.”

“I've been going to the UPS store since 2007 and I get my mail there do my xeroxing my faxing my notaring everything all the employees are very helpful friendly courteous respectful cuz I am handicapped they always help me when I have problem or something I don't understand I make phone calls to them if something come in very important they take time out for me to check the owner is very sweet and kind and understanding has always been there for me during the times I had hard time and worked with me all I can say is I appreciate UPS I appreciate everything about you PS and I'm thankful that they are there it's my One Stop Shop returning packages receiving packages receiving mail answering any question I need shredding mail I am very blessed to have them thank you UPS Store for staying open and assisting customers but wasn't for you I would have had to go to many places to get individual things done thank you”

“This is the best location they all go above and beyond to help with your needs and consult you with everything you’re concerned about they don’t try to upsell you on the most expensive package and the fastest shipping. They literally try to work and help you and all of them are so kind and so sweet at this location. I had an issue with the package from my end because I didn’t have packaging, but I did have knee surgery so could not stand for too long to drop the package off. they called to let me know, but they completely took care of everything for me and did not charge me. I just thought that was such a kind gesture. Very very good hearted people. This will be the only place I ever ship with again.”

““I had an 8:00 AM delivery appointment and arrived around 7:00 AM. Before coming, I had read reviews about the challenging backing situation here, and as a new driver, I was a bit nervous. When you take the exit and turn onto Clay Street, you’ll need to make a left turn, which places the docks on your right side—making it a blind-side backing situation.
Thankfully, a forklift driver from the company came out to assist me. He advised me to turn around in the parking lot of the driving school nearby and then back straight into the docks from there. This approach worked perfectly, and I was finally able to back into the dock successfully.
One important reminder: keep your trailer doors closed until you’ve backed fully into the dock area. I want to take a moment to sincerely thank that gentleman for his help in navigating this challenging situation!””

“I have been coming to the Hall Rd and I-94 location for about 3 years now and have shipped many packages from small to large for both work and personal. Staff employee Lori has done a great job taking care of my shipments and is very personable to talk to. As far as shipping packages that are damaged or in bad shape Lori has Fed Ex guidelines for what is acceptable shipping (not her fault). Thank you Lori for taking care of my shipments.
