“We bought a used car that had an undetectable camshaft issue that required the timing chain to be replaced. They did a great job, but unfortunately, there was an undetectable oil blockage that caused damage to the new timing chain and necessitated a complete engine replacement. Viking was able to find a used low mileage engine that our extended warranty would cover. What was really fantastic is that Viking covered all the costs of the replacement that the warranty didn't cover. We are now Viking customers for life!”

“I had unfortunate luck and hit a deer late at night on my way home from Arcadia. My fortunate luck was the closest body shop happened to be Vans in Shelby.My older truck was pretty much a total loss. Winston pulled the bumper and tweeked the many busted parts and made it drivable. “I ordered tires online and went off the great reviews, assuming they were good tires. I had them installed on a Friday afternoon and my car shook so bad once I left. I called back to talk to Sean and he said bring it back Saturday and they would balance them again and apologised. This went on 4 times until we determined it had to be the tire I bought. Sean handled everything for me with patience and communicated it all to me. We put a name brand tire on my car and it runs smooth again. Sean went way above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! He got me in as quick as he could, did the paperwork, and got me back on the road. “What can I say about Ben in parts. Last Sunday, I had my 2011 Grand Cherokee towed to the nearest repair facility to Silver Lake. I had damaged my radiator and was stuck at a state camp ground until I could get the vehicle back on the road. Ben was the one who offered to pick up the radiator at another dealer in Grand Rapids and was kind enough to deliver it to them. and all this, happened by noon on Monday. Because of Ben's help, I was back on the road by Monday afternoon and back home in suburban Detroit, that night. Back to the hundred things that await a family after a vacation like this. Thank you Ben and Lakeshore Chrysler for the excellent service. You rock!!! and trust me- as I know a thing or two about service. This is the kind of service that I provide at my place of work also.
