Astounding service at RO Ford Wednesday, Nov.26th. Phil was my service advisor. My Bronco didn't have heat and I had a long drive ahead for Thanksgiving day. A loner was provided (Justin competed the paperwork quickly). I left my car there for an appointment the following week. But it was ready that day at 5:00! So I had my own car for the drive. Compared to the recommended ones and found I had the wrong size on the car. He went back out and installed them for me. A fine experience.”
