Astounding service at RO Ford Wednesday, Nov.26th. Phil was my service advisor. My Bronco didn't have heat and I had a long drive ahead for Thanksgiving day. A loner was provided (Justin competed the paperwork quickly). I left my car there for an appointment the following week. But it was ready that day at 5:00! So I had my own car for the drive. “I always get good serice here and usually I come in with questions that they have always been helpful with. Been using O'Reilly even back when they were Murry's.
I will continue coming back. Last visit they tested my battery and alternator on a 16 year old Escape we just got for my daughter. He told me it was ok, but also mentioned that it looked to be misfiring and that could be causing my problems. Was recommended a fuel additive being it had old gas and it is running a little better after adding that and topping off with premium as recommended.”
