After a few conversations where he was very open about the job, I drove up there so he could see the car. He was friendly, Professional and very honest with the job. Even spoke with my girl who can be tough when it comes to precise business and communication. But Mark did a great job explaining and working with us on price. “I recently ordered an OEM replacement radio for my 2009 Mercury Grand Marquis LS, in February of 2025. The radio I received from SAE was brand new, and better than what was described online. The shipping was about 2 days faster than stated, and it was securely packaged as well. I actually had to remove the plastic film from the display screen since it was brand new. Their price was about 50% less than most used radios I found in my searches. Great experience- thank you SAE.”

“Yousef saved my LIFE at this location. I’m a uber driver, while I’ve as picking up a rider I punctured my tire on something, in 2 minutes my tire was complete flat. I told the rider I had to go in to fix this issue. In no time Yousef was able to get me what I needed to fix it. Show me how to fix it for a next case situation, and went above and beyond to make sure my tire was fix and up and running for the road, he did it effectively, efficiently and in little to no time. 100% recommend anyone who is facing any type of car trouble to come to this location, he knows what he’s doing! And the rest of the staff there was also helpful and friendly!”

“Couldn’t ask for better service, the gentleman who greeted me up front was super kind and professional, and answered all questions that i had. They work very efficiently so i didn’t even have to wait long to have both my brake pads replaced, and they conveniently have a nice waiting room where you can watch TV and treat yourself to free coffee or water.
