“The manager all the way to the tellers are wonderful. I had an issue with a "bill pay" for taxes on a property I manage. It never reached the City of Saint Clair Shores (or it did and SCS lost it). Regardless, you guys handled it wonderfully. Huntington is the best business bank and they truly care at this branch.”
“I've had a very good experience with this bank. Unlike others, they say they don't charge extras fees and they DON'T charge extra fees. When I wanted to make a withdrawal in the form of a cashier's check, they didn't charge me for the check. The tellers were courteous & knowledgeable. Very pleasant & no problems overall.”

I was greeted by the Branch Manager. Warm, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Her presentation was informative, fair and motivated. I enjoyed listening to her speech about Huntington bank. I felt like I was in a seminar waiting for lights and TED talk to begin! Very passionate! I really didn't know this bank was so involved in the community! 2 points on my score card, it looks like I will be leaving the Credit union sooner than later.

“Went to close my account as a Canadian who no longer needs a Bank of America account, and had a great experience with everyone there especially the senior banker, Anton Naber.
I wasn’t aware that I need an appointment to close an account but he took the time to bring me in and assist with closing the account before his lunch to make sure I didn’t have to cross over again for an appointment. It took a bit longer than expected but he was nothing but nice and sincere about the entire process. Extremely happy with my experience.”
