“I’d like to start by stating that Jackie K the branch manager is a very sweet hearted woman & will take care of any an all issues you may come across through MSGCU & is the reason I will continue to attend this branch ; the wait time behind the counter with the staff may be longer than expected(at times) as I’ve been told it’s progressively being worked on to maintain quicker cash/check transactions .after all said and done , The staff is kind to its customers & try to the best of their ability to move at their best pace & the other staff members behind the desks always seem very welcoming & approachable , though I haven’t personally dealt with them yet.”
“Second time here. I don’t really write reviews but the woman at the drive through with black wavy ish hair, she was amazing and very helpful and friendly and patient. I had to deposit ALOT of money and I know it was a lot but she counted it. Although it may be her job, I felt she was patient and nice. They guy inside I believe his name is Mijan Ahmed… he was super friendly and helpful and patient and honest and welcoming. It’s a rough world and It’s nice knowing that people are happy to do their job and it makes me happy knowing that people are still nice in customer service and are happy to help. Thank you all for your kind service. I also want to thank Shannon I came almost 2 months ago and she helped me quickly and easily. I love that. Some days may be busier than others but you just have to be patient they are people too. Thank you all ☺️”
