“This is one of the most nicely stocked dollar trees that I have been to in south eastern Michigan. Very neat very clean. Very nice customer service. All except for the manager who is currently on duty Friday, June 21 at 2:30 PM. She rudely bumped into the cash register lady who was servicing me , trying to reach for something, then went onto accuse me of tearing a tag off of a five dollar beach towel as if I was going to get it for one dollar, my whole total was $80 with other five dollars items included , ma’am nothing about me would ever have to do that. The way she talked to other people was rude. I hope corporate sees this message and she is reprimanded. Do better maam”
“The stock at this store is better than most and the aisles are generally not cluttered, as they are at some Dollar Tree locations. But what really sets this store apart is its employees, who are almost always pleasant and helpful. You won't find that at too many other retail establishments.”

“This place is clean and organized and not like other location you go to, but if you’re trying to find Enfamil formula then they don’t have it here. They do have other brand like Similac. I do shop here for other basic needs such as paper towels, toilet papers, milk and baby diapers if I don’t feel like going to Meijer’s.”
“For the most part I love this store very friendly staff and well stocked but today 1-17-25 I bought some store brand candles they had a few broken sets for discount but I got an unbroken set but after I got home I found 1 of the 2 pack broken and cut myself on the broken glass i’m not the gonna sue you type but still they need to do better”
“This is a large store with enormous bargains..I am always shocked at the name brand products at such a low price, although 80% of the items only cost $1.25 the items that are priced up are still a bargain.very helpful staff.”

“Wonderful praise experience! The classes are great I attended two classes one by Minister Smith where she taught on the women in the Bible . We rushed to class every week wanting to learn more. Then I took a class by The wife of Pastor Winans Dr Deneen Winans in which she taught about holiness and she did so well the entire class was moved to tears every week!”

“The staff at this location was absolutely helpful however there is a disconnect between the actual inventory and what you're able to scan into the door dash app, as available for purchase for DoorDash customers, that could come from shrinkage or other factors but when I went in there to assist in a DoorDash pickup all of the items we were looking for were not there and things were in disarray, And we ended up having to pass on that run possibly messing up our stats in the DoorDash app for accepting jobs. I give the staff for out of 5 stars as a matter of fact I would like to give five stars for the staff but the inventory is another story.”

“This is one of the more stocked dollar tree in the area. Everything is great about it except the parking situation. Since it's in the same lot as Dream Market, it gets very busy. Drivers in this neighborhood are horrendous. You have to be extremely careful even getting out of your car. Most of the drivers that come here won't care a single bit before trying to run you over. Other than the parking situation, great place to shop for variety of juices.”

About a week ago I was frantically looking for a store to load money onto my Netspend card. Your employee, I found out today, whose name is Jaylen, was very professional, and provided excellent customer service. Due to his excellent attitude, I decided to see if I could pay money on 2 of my credit cards at this location. I was waited on by, yes get this, another wonderful employee, Andrina!(I apologize if I misspelled her name, I had the nerve to ask her to spell it, but I still may have spelled it wrong). She was very proficient with my 2 credit card transactions, and very friendly while ringing up my basket full of items. She even helped me get my items situated to get in my car. I couldn't let tonight pass without recognizing Jaylen & Andrina! They are both assets to Family Dollar! Sincerely,

“It needs to be replaced with the name Dollar25?? which is what everyone pays since inflation made the cost of everything increase substantially since the pandemic. This shop location is great for having the biggest sized and beautiful Valentine’s Day sparkle hearts. Other favourites to buy occasionally are greeting cards. I buy generic scotch tape, and duct tape to keep aluminium foil taped around the inside walls of our 3 cats hooded litter boxes. I buy bleach, Scotties tissue, and found some religious Christian prayer cards, and religious journals, and sometimes they have unique and pretty Christmas ornaments, and sometimes they have coffee mugs (with mentions of cats) such as I’m only speaking to my cat today.”

“Was in yesterday with a high psych client who had difficulties at the register and the cashier had the patience of a SAINT. Very nice young African-American man late 30s? He needs recognition for the way he handled the situation and also the way he treats people in general is kind, sweet, caring. Why can't all cashiers be this way?!??? ”
“Seems like this location has new management since I've been at this location, the store manager is really cool and helpful and so are her employees, the store seems to be kept clean and organized, if I can't find something I'm looking for the manager or other employees are willing to help you find whatever it is that your looking for, I mean this location basically has everything all in one store, I highly recommend everyone come to this location”
“This door has a clean appearance to it.. Most Family Dollar stores are cluttered and Messy. I don't know the cashier's name but he was very friendly and polite.. He was there on monday may fifteenth around three p m. A very nice guy.”

I went in this morning.. trying to find some balloons for a birthday party.. they didn't have too much of a choice of birthday balloons in the front.. but the two young ladies help me out and point me in the right direction without to get some better balloons at. Those girls were so nice they even put fetty inside of the balloons for me.. over and beyond.. very nice people very speedy service..
