“Usually always have what I need. Usually friendly staff. With an exception for a young heavy set woman at the customer service counter. She was just giving rude looks and refused to offer help. Had an attitude from jump. Fortunately the other associate saw what was happening and stepped in. Some people are in the wrong line of work and want to punish those who shop where they hate to be. Not our fault.”

“I'm not new to Lowe's only this location on Metro Parkway in Sterling Height, Michigan.Here, it's about the staff.After picking up a few items I got bogged down looking on my own for a specialty wrench to use for our gas fireplace. No less than five staffers helped but it was Janell (hopefully that's how he spells it) found a team member who had a good idea where we could find it. Janell went to the section and brought it to me. He was busy with new inventory but managed to help me and not give up. Thanks to the staff for making this shopping experience fun.”

“Astrit and dan and kevin the best cashiers at he contractors checkout. I have been a loyal customer for years. I recently learned from one of my customers that my political views and those had by home depot may not align. I am so confused? Is it ok to still get my materials from here? And what about those wiener stands?, is they're meat even kosher or vegan or bpa free and should I care? also i'm not sure why the relish glows in the dark but golly is it good!!Drywall cost has remained markedly stable and 2x4's are still slightly smaller than advertised!”

Well... fans are put up for the season, and Dave a guy from the paint department along with a guy from lumber that I apologize don't remember his name.
