“I almost had a horrible day. Got to the location to pick up my truck for a drive to Louisana and there was NO truck. It has been back logged 2 days and nobody from Penske was helping secure a truck. That was until Kim called them directly while I was there and she got my 2000$ rental discounted. Much appreciated. I just had to drive a little further the pick up my truck at the Home Depot off 10 mile road. Thank you Kim”
