“I typically don’t leave reviews but this experience was special. I had to get a car ASAP and went to Prime Time Auto to try my luck on one of their vehicles. I walked in at 9am when they opened. By 11:30am I had a good deal, including gap insurance and a great warranty. It was the very car I wanted, in great shape and very affordable. Mike and Melody worked their magic and made it happen without breaking a sweat. Very professional, great customer service, knowledgeable, did what they could on the down payment and met all of my needs in the process. These people deserve more exposure. If you’re looking for a new quality car pay them a visit!”

“Easily the best dealer experience I've had.
Everyone I spoke to was very friendly, and the place had a very laid back atmosphere. They had the car parked where it was easily accessible when I came in, and gave me time to look the vehicle over without them supervising me. It was in better condition than I expected, I couldn't find any issues, beyond minor cosmetic ones. The test drive was better than expected, and I found no issues there either.
When it came to buying the car, it was an easy process, and even though I split the cost between 2 credit cards, they didn't try to make me pay any added fees beyond title/tax and documentation. The owner even told me before buying that it may use up to a quart of oil between oil changes, which I had already heard was common from what I read online.
I've been driving the vehicle for almost 2 weeks and 500 miles, and have so far found no issues.”

“Let me give you a very honest review about this place.
This place is AWESOME.
I was looking at a 2019 Kia Rio they were selling and I mentioned concerns about the airbags deploying from a 2022 accident, something I found out about through an AutoCheck report.
The car was beautiful, clean, and in good condition, but before I made the purchase, I wanted to be sure that the car was REALLY fixed from that accident, obviously for safety reasons.
Nabil took the time to sit with me, show me the carfax, and explain the safety checks and services that were done on the car before they even accepted it on the lot.
Not only that, he offered a free inspection of the car for my peace of mind. THEN he gave me a 6 month warranty on the car in case something went wrong with the car. This was initially an as-is car. THEN, he got the oil changed for me for FREE.
There were problems with the alignment of the car. They offered to fix the suspension for free.
I have a long history of buying as-is cars. I've been to a lot of used car lots. This place went ABOVE AND BEYOND. They took care of me. They did wayyyyyyyyyy more than what I expected. They spoiled me. They really did. This is the best used car place I have EVER been to. ?
I wasn't sure if I was going to buy the car at first. But I'm glad I did. I LOVE my car.”
