“The people who work there are always friendly and service is as fast as they can work. Having a self checkout option is nice when I just want to get a slurpee or something else small and don't want to wait in line. They always work hard to keep everything clean!
Only four stars because for some reason their coke slurpee machines(if they're not out) always have issues dispensing. Literally, my only complaint.”

“Love this gas station, they have all the snacks imaginable at reasonable prices. Cheap fountain pops and offer a discount on gasoline up to 5 cents a gallon with there points program. New parking lot, new owner, and friendly staff. They also have some of the cheapest cigarette prices in town.”
“By far this gas station has the best prices staff always on track never on the phone always taking care of customers is their first priority I highly recommend it.”

“This gas station is conveniently located near the highway. There are a variety of foods, snacks and merchandise to choose from with new items arriving regularly. My only hangup with this location is there is usually a long line but on this visit I was surprised......the parking lot and pumps were occupied but there was no waiting at the register.”
“This is my favorite gas station and lottery destination, the people who work here are so good to me, you lady that works days is really a great person, I'm always asking for quarters, she seems to run out just before I get there, I drive them all crazy. There is a quarter Pusher, hence the need for quarters. These guy are great. thank you all.”
“I wish their soft wash dryer was a little longer or stronger because most of the time my windshield is still wet and so is the car but other than that I love coming here! Especially the soft wash because you get a free trash bag and a cloth to wipe the inside of your car!”

“The inside really weirded me out. I felt like I was in a liminal space but like... It was active. The place was clean and prices were fair but there was so much empty space. The cashier was friendly and I loved all the Faygo flavors but the whole area really needed some fresh decor maybe? I don't know. I felt teleported back to the 90s.”
“I only recommend Kroger for their Floral department. They have they most beautiful long lasting arrangements for such a great price. Chelsea in the floral department does a spectacular job in the arrangements and is very friendly with everyone she meets!!”

“I've never written a review on a gas station in my life. I felt the need to share that the Freeland location was very clean, and well organized. I'd also like to shout out Moses, who was probably the nicest person I've ever been waited on by, Anywhere. Kudos, Meijer. I'm usually never in that area, but if anyone else is passing through, bypass the other gas stations, and go see Moses!”

“They don't have any hot food but the prices on their tobacco and other merchandise are very reasonable. They have a pretty big selection of "roll your own" tobacco products. They also had cold 2-letters, not many places do that. They changed part of the parking lot so it is much easier to get in and out from the adjacent parking lot. I plan to make this my regular morning stop.”
“I came to the marathon so tired from work need gas pop and drive an hour home.. I put a bunch of 2 l some candy and some sausages on the counter and asked to make sure they take a bridge card and he looked at me and he says I'm so sorry we don't take it. Instead of letting me leave he paid for my groceries but out of his own pocket The Man behind the counter. Little dark fella thank you so much my friend. I will pay that back and I will pay that forward. ?”
“I'm not sure of the negative reviews but I think this place is great. They have rec fuel!In fact if you're just getting normal gas try not to use the pumps on the left cuz that's where the rec fuel is (with the red handles).”

“I just wanted to give a shout out to the lady today 7-26-22 who worked around 11am I didn’t get your name but from the bottom of my family’s heart and your manager should give you the employee of the month. But my papa has Alzheimer’s and took off and left flint an hr away to Saginaw. I left work and you did the best keeping him there and so did the cops. Thank you for the situation. Truly blessed everyone and puppy was ok. Could of been so much worse. Thank you for in my saving my papa from being lost.”
“Friendly folks that take pride in cleanliness. Honestly one of the cleanest showers I've had in a long time lots of space. Small driver room but two big screens. Laundry facilities. Buffet style food And a Wendy's.”
“We picked up a Budget Truck here last month. The guy was super nice. It's a step back in time to find a full service station around anymore. Don't hold Budget's issues against Wally King's Services. They don't control the condition of the trucks or the issues with Budget rentals. We actually ended up here because Budget didn't have our reserved van for us at the location we originally reserved at and had to drive 3 hours round trip from where we were to pick up a replacement. This guy made the pick up super quick and smooth. We were in and out of there in a jiffy!”
