“We don't live in Bay City and just stop here occasionally on our way home. It's usually pretty steady with customers. Wait time is usually not too long. I've never been inside, my husband goes in to pay since he pumps the gas. He's never had a complaint.”

“On Tuesday, July 14 around noon, my retired husband and I were driving south-bound I-75 @ Bay City when our rear tire blew out. We got off the freeway at the closest exit and used a corner of your gas station parking area to change our tire. It was very hot that day (95+) and we were tiring fast as we worked on the tire. Out of nowhere the young man on duty that day appeared by our car and offered his assistance, as well as making sure we were personally ok and offered us cold drinks from the Big Gulp area — making sure we would stay hydrated. His concern and help was greatly appreciated and a real credit to your business.”
“Always the cheaper end of gas in Bay City, Employees are usually nice and I never have any problems with the pump. Entrances are kind of weird but I’ll credit that to the designer.”

“Stoped to use restroom on our way home to Caseville coming from Grand Rapids. Very well stocked with everything imaginable including souvenirs. Very clean well kept restroom 5-star all the way. Great polite staff. If you are hungry for more than a snack (which the have biggest selection) a Subway is also in the building. Highly recommend for snacks or whatever. They have a walk-in cooler to grab your case. Stop fill-up and shop.”

“Excellent gas prices & IF You Use Your Kroger Card Well Even Cheaper. With the rise in everything now I still go here & will continue to. I've gotten bad gas 2x now from Speedway & 7-Eleven Before. So Now I Tend To Stay Where Ik I've Had No Issues W Whatsoever. Grab my smokes there as well n I'm omw to finish my day or evening ect depending on what's all goin in fir that day. Things can change quickly n when we least expect it is usually when we gotta hurry up n swerve to miss it! Hope yas got the end part. Stay safe on the roads everyone plz-- Life's juss faaar to Short to take for granted even in the smallest ways. And watch out for other drivers they are not always paying attention to us.
