I went to Kohls to get a few things & one of them they didn’t have , I was told by an employee that I had to order it on my phone. Well people that are in their 80s have a hard time doing that . Why don’t you have tha machine so someone can help us , like JCPenneys does.

Uses to be 5 stars but since they changed coupons and how to earn 10$ with only kohls card. The deals and slightly higher prices don't make sense anymore. But still great selection and decent prices.

Great store. Well stocked. Super friendly employees. However since they moved the service desk to also be the checkouts it is a ridiculous terror to check out or return something. Service desk needs to be separated again. Having it together is a mistake and needs to be changed back.
