“The people who work there are always friendly and service is as fast as they can work. Having a self checkout option is nice when I just want to get a slurpee or something else small and don't want to wait in line. They always work hard to keep everything clean! Only four stars because for some reason their coke slurpee machines(if they're not out) always have issues dispensing. Literally, my only complaint.”

“I've never written a review on a gas station in my life. I felt the need to share that the Freeland location was very clean, and well organized. I'd also like to shout out Moses, who was probably the nicest person I've ever been waited on by, Anywhere. Kudos, Meijer. I'm usually never in that area, but if anyone else is passing through, bypass the other gas stations, and go see Moses!”

“Tonight we came up to get a few snacks and the clerk told my daughter he likes her glasses. She talked about it for fifteen minutes because it was the first time anyone ever told her they liked her glasses. We are on vacation from Florida and she has been having trouble with kids her age bullying her. So it was nice to have her feel so good about herself. Just thought I'd say thanks to the man working for uplifting her spirits! You probably didn't even know how much that would mean to her. Keep making people smile!”

“The staff are always friendly no matter the time of day or how busy they are. They make you feel like a friend not a customer. I’ll be a friend for life-that stops at 7-Eleven.”

“*GOOD READ* My 3yo son has had respiratory issues since he was less than a year old & I have always used this pharmacy because it was 24hr - so it helps in the nights when we make emergency trips to the hospital. This last doctor visit, he got prescribed two more medications on top of what we already had there to pick up for him. The two new ones were not ready when I got there in the drive-thru. And due to staff shortages, you could only pick up scripts via drive-thru. **Amanda C.** is the tech who waited on us at the window & she went above and beyond to make sure we had ALL of our scripts right then & there so I wouldn't have to wait in the atrocious line again. I could have cried out of sheer appreciation! She was fantastic!!*did not give 5 stars for the pharmacy itself usually being a little slow, but Amanda C. is who gave this review it's glow*”

“Nice store. Clean and usually well stocked other than season transitions. Pharmacist has been quite helpful with non pharmacy items and he's always been quite friendly. Some of the cashiers up front need to cheer up. They act as though it's a struggle to be there. Doesn't deter me from stopping there though.”

“The pharmacy wasn't busy, I took advantage to ask question about infants products. The pharamist was being honest and didn't try to sell me name brand items that has the same effect as Walgreens brand, I really appreciated that”

“Finally! A Rite Aid that has they’re stuff together. I broke my back, and several other things in a car accident in September. When I was discharged from the hospital I had to deal with the absolute worst pharmacy staff I’ve ever seen. It’s tittabawassee. Rude and have no idea what they’re doing. I didn’t have enough problems already I had to deal with an incompetent, rude pharmacist too. I also have memory problems but I’m pretty sure I spoke to Brittany a tech thismorning. She told me when my meds would be ready and they had them ready early. With no one making me feel bad. Awesome experience. Thanks Brittany. They should put you at other stores to show the staff how to treat people that are sick. Your awesome.Update, this pharmacist is the best and caring I have ever dealt with. Wonderful customer service and patience. Thank you for making me feel cared for.”
