I was having an issue with converting my text messages from Samsung Messages to Google Messages. He helped me all while keeping the phone in my view and answered my multiple questions. This recent experience with AT&T is in stark contrast to my experience at the Saginaw Street Store in Lansing. I was helped at that location last year and the customer service was horrible.
