First person I talked to was new and was having a problem but then a manager heard the conversation and I had talked to him when ordered and he knew details and got my parts and I was out quick.I worked in auto store about 30 years ago and I was impressed with how manager jumped in and handled and took care of me.”

“So long story short. My phone is on it’s last limb. It’s old (IPhone7plus), the charging port was damaged and my phone just wouldn’t charge. Took it in to Batteries Plus and Rachel took total care of my problem. She fixed my charging port and my phone worked well for a day and then still didn’t hold a charge. Took it back and she did some kind of magic, because my phone has worked great every since. She did let me know it was a temporary fix, but whatever she did will allow me to get through the holidays until I can get a new phone. Her customer service and attention to detail was exquisite.
