Honestly, I was surprised. The reviews scared me. But we ended up having a great rental. They were very accommodating, explained all the information we needed. When we came back it was quick and easy. It was a very kind man with blonde hair and glasses.

I recently did a 24 hour rental to ORD from here, paid in advance $70. Later I find a spurious additional charge of $40 for the same day. I was delayed in checking the charge but will call budget and contest it. That being said, caveat emptor. Avoid Budget if you can.
