“I have three rescued dogs, two females, one, my lab, is young and goes into heat so I have to keep the male separated from the girls inside. He has been living in an enclosed porch. It’s warmer there than outside but he was still needed to come in. I went to the humane society to surrender him with the request to adopt him once he has been vaxed and neutered. But they surprised me and scheduled him free of charge for his surgery. Within a week he received the care and came home to a welcome inside. He’s rescued and then saved. Finally a happy young potty.”

“I bring both my buns here. Got them both fixed with this clinic and bring them in for their regular check ups and any time anything seems slightly off. They have accommodated my late in the day panicked calls and managed to get me in. They are SO good with rabbits and even when you call they can get advice from the vet for you until you are able to be seen. I appreciate all they do and have done for my two floofs (Not to mention the cost for exotics care beats anywhere else ive seen!)”

“Update: My dog crossed the rainbow bridge in 2025, VetSelect had been her pcp, they took very good care of her through the years. Never pushy and always kind and supportive. They helped my family through a very hard day when she passed. The staff here are amazing. I have recently gotten a kitten and they are caring for him as well. If you have a four- legged family member, go see them. Love this vet office and staff! My dog was scared her first visit here and the staff was very accomodating. They are friendly, prompt and willing to answer any questions and take all the time you need to make you and your fur baby comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about the ladies here!”

“CCAH has been great to me and my dogs. My first dog Maximo had severe heart failure and required frequent visits before he finally passed away. It was always easy to get timely appointments and the staff were incredibly caring. He had really bad anxiety at every other vet we had been to before moving to Ann Arbor, but he was always relaxed at CCAH. My new dog Matilda also loves this practice. She gets plenty of treats and pets. Attached is a picture of her patiently waiting for staff to come back into the room so she can get more attention.”

“I had a excellent experience today at Easthaven animal hospital. I was surprised the Vet was on video not in person presence. BUT both Techs were trained and both worked as a team to visually check my cats eyes and his body examination. The vet diagnosed my cat and explained everything in layman's terms so I clearly understood what was going on with my cat. They were loving and gentle with Gizmo, a medication was prescribed. Price was reasonable, actually less than quoted prior. I also used Cherry to pay, I had already was pre approved and ready at checkout. My experience was a 10! Awesome Veterinarian animal hospital! I highly recommend it!!”

“I've been bringing my pets here for a few years now, and I can't say enough good things about Dr. Jones and her staff. We moved to Canton when my boxer was near the end of his life, and Dr. Jones was there for us when it was time to cross the rainbow bridge. The entire experience was incredibly compassionate and comforting during such a difficult time. Fast forward about six months, and I adopted a dog from a sick friend who could no longer care for him. Little did I know, he came with a few loose screws of his own! 😂 I truly appreciate having a vet who is not only willing to take on my psychopup, but who is also incredibly patient with him. He's a wonderful dog at home, but the anxiety he experiences at the vet is on another level! Dr. Jones and her staff have always done everything they can to make his visits as positive and stress-free as possible. He needs to be sedated because otherwise he's completely uncooperative, and I really appreciate that they offer this option so they can properly examine and care for him. Dr. Jones and her staff work so well as a team to give him a thorough annual exam, and I've watched her consistently train and guide her staff throughout the process. Before exams and procedures, they always review the costs with me, and they've never been pushy about anything I've declined. All in all, I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Jones. It means so much to know that they haven't given up on my psychopup and that I have a veterinary team I can truly rely on when it comes to his care. ❤”

“They are the best. The staff is helpful and friendly, and the doctors are absolutely amazing. One of our cats has a chronic bladder infection issue and they have been so helpful with him. They fit him in for emergency appointments, get him medication as fast as possible...plus they are amazing with him and love him. We also take our dog here and they are just as great with her as they are with our cat. Both have had to get surgeries and the pricing was really good, we've even had it cost below the estimated amount which is great when a surprise medical need pops up. They will work with you the best they can. I definitely recommend them and will always recommend them to anyone looking for a vet.”

Today, Daniel helped us tremendously when I thought Koda was suffering from a bee sting .5 miles out on a run from our home. “My two pups have been with Sheldon vet since we brought them home. I was looking for a vet that had holistic views. Dr Gorman is AMAZING she is so knowledgeable about natural options and is not pushy when it comes to vaccines. She always takes so much time and care with us when we are at checkups. She recently spayed my little 6 pound pooton who is 3 1/2 years old. I was so nervous to get her spayed but Dr Gorman did a great job. You could barely see any cut after the spay. They also sent me a picture when she was in recovery. I highly recommend Sheldon vet if you want a kind compassionate vet.”

“Our cat was throwing up all day. Our normal vet did not have any open appointments. Dandy Acres was able to see her immediately. The concern they showed for her was touching. They provided a couple of care plans and there was no pressure to choose the more expensive one. In the end we ended up with a plan in the middle. They called the next day check on our cat. Later that day when our cat was still not recovering well (she was significantly better than the day before, but still far from back to normal) they said I could pick up some additional meds from their sister hospital in Novi which is closer to my house. They said they did not want to stress our cat more by bringing her in. Again, their concern for the well being of her was heart warming. I would not hesitate to take her or her sister the Dany Acres again.”

Her attention to detail and genuine compassion truly set her apart. She even took the time to call us on a Saturday morning to check in on Bisbee, ensuring we were comfortable with administering her insulin injections. Grace, her assistant, is equally wonderful—patient, communicative, and so supportive. She even offered we needed extra help learning the injection process. This clinic goes above and beyond in caring for their patients. I only wish I could find human doctors who cared as much as Dr. Moran and her team do. Highly recommend!””

“We had another emergency with our cat who happens to be 19. We were scared and thought this might be the end for Pickle. Thankfully the staff was able to help him and we took him home that night. Everyone there was very nice and kind and explained what our options were. The place is very clean and comfortable. The price was not cheap, but unexpected being it was an emergency visit and everything that they did for him. I would highly recommend this place.”
