“We took our 2020 Grand Cherokee to Genthe for a 4WD error. One replacement part led to another and before we knew it the repair cost skyrocketed. I don’t know what they did behind the scenes, but our service manager worked with the manufacturer and got the repair cost drastically reduced. We’ll continue to use Genthe for repairs on this vehicle, and they’ve definitely set themselves up as a trusted dealer should we purchase another Dodge, Jeep, etc.”
