“I have been a Comerica customer since the early 80s. Now that I live in Saline, I am at this branch several times each month. I know the tellers and bank officers, and they know me, my husband and my dog. Yes, I bring my (well behaved) dog inside with me. When we have a more detailed question, Sarah or Roxanne help us out at their desk with paper work such as setting up accounts, notarizing signatures, etc. I feel like I can talk to these people, and they are not just a corporate facade to me. This is very important, because there are times when I have questions that cannot be answered by an FAQ online. I'm definitely a fan of this bank location. :-)”
“I have always been served in a timely manner when completing my banking in person. While it is rare that someone is available to answer a call immediately, they call back promptly. All issues encountered seem to stem from corporate policies, rather than problems at the branch. Overall, I would recommend Huntington bank, and this branch to others.”
