If it is in their control, they will make it happen, with a smile and with the highest efficiency in the industry.

“It is the same agency than the Avis. Not the most amazing location but glad there is that option. If you are a UM employee don't forget that you will have a discount with budget.Here is what we said about the Avis (and this applies to budget).We like this specific location. Our choice for any friends or family visiting us.They are not super fast, like any rental location. Cars are somewhat ok and somewhat clean. It is a little bit of a luck factor. They don't have a big choice and it is logical.Make sure to note your fuel level, taking pictures and double check your invoice. You will probably have some mistakes made along the way. When you call they will fix the mistakes made ... Won't give five stars because we always need to double check everything.There is sadly very few other option in Ann Arbor. It is fair and that is all. 4 stars.”
