Absolutely terrible service. Package was mailed via Fed Ex 18 days ago and is still stuck at distribution center with no acceptable explanation. Avoid this courrier.

Attempted to deliver outside of the delivery window and made no attempt to contact me and when I called FedEx to request a redelivery I was told it was impossible they would be back in two days and there was nothing they could do.
